Ruined my nails with no apology. Misshapened and filed down to nothing. I had 2 months growth on them. Technician didn't know what she was doing. Waste of my time and hers.

My facial was wonderful. Egma was pleasant.The only complaint is that the salon is noisy and can be heard loudly since the facial room is very close and soundproofing is non-existent.I would return, but I hope Zokkoz could lower the noise level for facial customers (music playing in salon, talking, etc.).

My wife had her hair done at this salon. She does not have an account so she is writing on mine. Her words: I went in for a trial updo. I don't live in this area but used to go to this salon with a prior owner. I asked for a stylist who was skilled with curly, frizzy hair and was assigned Kat. In the chair, I asked Kat if an updo (for an upcoming formal wedding) would work with my hair and if she felt comfortable to work with my hair. She said absolutely. She defined my curls with the hot iron, and then proceeded to put it up. When she showed me in the mirror it was awful. Messy, and unpolished. She took it down and it was clear to me that she did not have the skill set to do this style, or work with my curls. So I suggested that maybe I should just have her do the hot iron and leave it down for the wedding. She agreed and said that's what she would do when I returned. She did not finish the styling. At checkout I was charged the full amount for unfinished hair and was advised I would pay the same amount when I returned. Half my head was curled by the hot iron, and half was frizzy and undone. My hair had been put up and those pieces when down were messy and rumpled. I assumed I would be charged something, since this process took time, but not the full amount. I assumed that the stylist would explain to the front desk that she was unable to do the up do. I was never told that a trial does not mean the hair style gets finished. I have never heard of that. Then I called the salon and asked to talk to the owner who was not available but communicating with a receptionist. I was told that I had three styles done to my hair and that is why I was charged. It was an outright lie. To add insult to injury, the salon offers a new client discount but it was not offered to me. I asked for them just to apply that so as to ease the pain of bad service and inappropriate pricing, but they refused. I will not return to this salon, but sadly I am left without a place to go for wedding styling. If anyone is reading this and knows of a stylist who can work with curly hair, I would appreciate a rec.

Salon was inviting and staff was on time and friendly. However, I’m very disappointed with my haircut. I have short hair & I asked her to style it. She said she’d trim it. Result- it’s shorter than when I went in but is not styled at all.

I work nearby, and a few years ago I used a groupon to get a blow out, and they are my go to place to get a last minute blow out, so convenient and have only had excellent service!Service: Hairstyling
