Overpriced and cheap quality of products. Every time I buy items from this store it always becomes defective within a week after use, and I never have this problem with any other store. They also make it hard to return stuff if you've used it already. Folks, just because it's a store in a nice area with a slightly overpriced tag on it does not make it good quality. I don't even buy items I need from here anymore unless I'm close to the store and its just snacks. At this store there's always only one or two people at the register ever and there will be a long line of people, I've had to leave the store several times when I was in a rush because I just couldn't wait in a long line with only one person at the register checking out customers. I will be making the extra trip to take my business to CVS instead of here.

Fabulous drug store experience with lots of retail options in the aisles, especially seasonal items. They’re always able to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner.

A great one-stop shop for a large variety of needs. Each aisle is a different adventure, from toys to clothing items to small tools to a pharmacy. The greeting cards are also always 50% off.

I needed to pick up some last minute children's gifts. They had a good selection for the space even if a bit pricey. Free gift wrapping saved some time too!

The pharmacy department at Value Drug, now On Pointe, goes above and beyond. I fought for years with CVS to get generic brands that work well with my insurance and get the job done. The pharmacy staff at Value Drug was a refreshing change, they worked with me to manage my prescriptions without the bureaucratic policies of the chain pharmacies. On Pointe is proactive so I get what I need the first time. I've had supportive and responsive, respectful interactions with many of the pharmacists. Highly recommend!

Such a convenient store. They have a pharmacy but they also have so much else. They have an assortment of cleaning products, kitchen wares, seasonal furniture, grills, toys, stationery products and school supplies, even well priced comfy sweatshirts and pants. Also, they're next to Mrs Greens, Europizza and Starbucks which are all definitely worth visiting, too.

I love Value Drugs Pharmacy. Lisa & Nicole have been so helpful in getting a cough suppressant prescription for my dog. This can be a complicated process, but their knowledge, patience and genuine concern is top notch and they made it happen.

It's true about trying to get a prescription filled here. They don't make it easy.It seems to us that the prices on most goods are top dollar. If one orders from Amazon, everything is cheaper, but we don't like Amazon for obvious reasons. Even in comparison with other stores, their prices are pretty high. On the other hand, it is convenient. Driving to a big box store is to be avoided at all costs.Best part of the store is the young and professional staff. They are always extremely pleasant. We really hope that management recognizes how hard they work and how good they are at their jobs.The young cashiers are bright and full of life, and always polite and pleasant. They were also willingly to direct you to the correct aisle if you can't find what you're looking for at the moment.

The pharmacy is definitely improving! It used to be hard to call in and get someone on the line but the last few times I've dealt with them, it's been amazing. The new pharmacist there was incredibly helpful and kind! Really happy with my recent experience there!
