The person at the counter, Dona, was so nice! It was so quick and easy, and made it much easier to get to the all the other places I needed to get to ON TIME! She answered my questions, and was patient and polite.

That indian lady Dona needs to be replaced , she was so rude to my mom, and rolled her eyes and kept being rude the whole time while we were being nice.She needs to be fired and replaced.

The Indian woman at this location is the worst, all the other workers are fine. Always has a nasty attitude and swears she's better than everyone else, they seriously need to replace her with someone better. Her tone is always rude and if you ask her a question she rolls her eyes. I will be switching post offices.

The woman at the front desk Dona is absolutely so rude and unpleasant, I hate coming to this post office because I don’t want to run into her. Sometimes I even drive two towns away because of how nasty her attitude is and how rude she is for absolutely no reason. She doesn’t accept my priority box as ground shipping but then accepts the person behind me? I have no idea how she is still hired here seeing that there are multiple reviews about how rude she is. Every other post office besides this one is such a great experience and everyone is so nice. If this post office cares about positive costumer service I would 100% look into how she is treating the individuals that come here, such a shame.

The Indian woman working at the counter was extremely rude and unpleasant for no reason while I continued to be kind. I came home and told me mom about how nasty she was and my mom said "oh yeah that woman has a lot of anger". Not sure how someone with such poor customer service skills is still employed there. I'll be encouraging everyone in the area to go to another post office:)

Staff is always warm, friendly and helpful. Applied for my and my daughter's passports from this office at different times, it was taken care of with no issues. Send many mails, no issues. Some of the staff has been here for decades, so people know them, and they know people which makes it a "family post office". Special thanks to Tony who creates such a humanly environment and is always helpful. Sometimes I wish I had something to send so I can interact with him. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.

If I could, I would give zero stars for this inept group of people. We made a passport appointment for our two children and were told upon arrival that there was nobody there to do it. What is the point of an appointment if nobody is there to assist? And the people couldn't be more rude and less helpful! Great job USPS!

These people are the absolute worst, most unpleasant, unprofessional group of workers. They are so cold and every single one of them seems to hate their life. Not to mention how useless they are..I'm almost positive my dog could run this post office better than them. No one seems to care, nor wants to help you. You're better off stopping by a post office a town over.

What a fantastic post office. I called 1/2 before they were closing because I had to bring in a mailing for 162 letters to go out by Certified Mail. I needed stamps so I could bring it back to mail the next day. The woman on the phone told me to come in and they would see what they could do. When I got there it was 10 minutes before closing. I can't say enough about the three women I was helped by tonight. They brought it and then some. Together, we got that mailing out within an hour. Nadean, Soraya and Clara were amazing! Thank you for being team players, providing excellent customer service and for ending my day with a renewed sense of faith in humanity!

This delivery man is delivering the mails to somewhere elso. Is the delivery man a blind?? So bad. Complained to delivery man, but everyone is saying that it is not him. What is going on???
