I'm not sure how there are bad reviews. The staff I spoke to was courteous and answered all my questions. The price was as quoted. The dumpster was brought on time, and although they couldn't come on the day they said they would for pick-up, they didn't charge for the extra day. The property was left clean. I will use them again for my next project which is coming up in a couple of months.Service: Appliance removal & disposal

If I could give them 0 stars I would! After years of so so service, they recently decided to switch out our metal containers with much lighter ones, without any notification to us. These new containers immediately rolled into two of our employees' cars, causing significant damage. Suburban Carting is claiming no responsibility of the thousands of dollars worth of damage that they caused. Stay away from this awful company!

I wish I could give this place negative stars! After years of doing business with Suburban, none of it particularly impressive, they decided last week to replace our metal dumpsters with lighter ones, sharing no information about these new dumpsters with us before switching. Of course these new dumpsters immediately rolled into two of our employees' cars, causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. Suburban is claiming that the damage was caused by "an act of God" and is refusing to take any responsibility. Stay away from them!

Since i am unable to completely delete a review through yelp i will change my 1 star rating that was previously listed to a 3 start rating and add a revision to my original review. After dealing with many issues regarding my account i was finally able to speak with a Nicole Avallone who was able to completely fix the previous issues i had. Though i do wish this didn't drag out as long as it did i am happy to say that suburban Carting was able to rectify the situation and we will continue doing business together.

Stay away from Suburban.... I ordered a 10 yard container got charged one price over the phone $638.33 two weeks later charged my credit card another fee for $883.88. They are a ripe off.
