Our exterior house painter uses Sherwin-Williams paint and suggested we stop in to choose colors. Bianca was immensely helpful. Her depth of knowledge in pairing colors gave us the confidence we needed when making a color choice and the end result was great. She has also worked with the office staff of our painter previously and was able to coordinate with them, saving us extra calls and making sure everything was right.

So sad to see such low reviews as my experience was complete opposite. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Bianca. She was excellent. I described the kind of color I was looking for and she picked out a bunch and laid them out. She explained all the different finishes. She took her time with us, is incredibly knowledgeable and such a pleasant attitude. I will definitely be back for any future projects.

I went in to get some samples ten minutes before closing and was very rudely shooed out. There is a right and wrong way to politely advise that the store is closing and this was unnecessarily wring and rude. It was my first and last time going to this store!

This was my first time walking into this Sherwin Williams location and I was immediately greeted by two very friendly employees. Bianca was able to help me color match the paint I needed perfectly, and in a timely manner. The customer service Bianca showed was impeccable, and she is clearly an asset to this location. Not only was her product knowledge extensive, but she was also training another employee upon my arrival. Good call by upper management to have her helping new recruits, as I’m sure any employee would benefit immensely from working under her. Thanks again Bianca for the spot-on match. You’re awesome!

I had a wonderful experience at this store! I was helped by the knowledgable staff and got everything I needed for my project. When I later discovered the paint I bought was too "bright" (even though it was one of the darkest of the colors I liked available) the employee gladly tinted my paint to a darker shade at no additional cost! It came out perfect! What a wonderful experience.

Couldn't recommend this store more highly. We'd been struggling for months to figure out how to match the stain on the siding of our house. We tried all the big box stores because we thought the variety they offered would increase the chance of finding the right color. Should have just gone here right away. Alyssa knew exactly how the stain would perform and what the right color choice was. It just wasn't in the section or color I would have expected. It worked perfectly. You can't tell where we used the new stain. Thank you!!!
