We highly recommend SBS Printing and Shipping ~ professional/personal and friendly service. We have shipped valuable artwork, electronic equipment and artisan crafted furniture from the Briarcliff Manor, NY office to the SF California Bay Area several times with SBS ~ the delivery arrived perfectly intact...perfection! I made a big mistake in preparing a package for overseas shipment. David called me, helped me figure out what was missing, and enabled me to email him the documents instead of driving back to his offices. I will definitely be bringing FedEx and other shipments to him.

The small company I work for has ordered banners, lawn signs and other print materials from SBS for years. Despite the pandemic obstacles, David has delivered every order this year - on time, printed BEAUTIFULLY with no errors, and for a better price than I could find online. I appreciate the ability to call and email a real person and David is always professional and responsive. He has gone out of his way to help me when I need a rush or a last minute change. I highly recommend using SBS over the big operations online where I could never find a human for my questions or resolve errors.

I just stopped by to drop a prepaid package for shipment. The sign posted in the window states that no receipts will be provided for items left in the Bins outside. Naturally I assumed that if I wanted a receipt I had to go inside. To my surprise the door was locked. The same older gentleman described in the other reviews below ran to the door and advised me to drop my package in the bins outside. I said I wanted a receipt. He said in a nasty tone "If you want a receipt go to Elmsford." I was shocked! Who does that? I asked for a receipt, is this considered one of the "free services" you refuse to provide? This is my first and last time visiting your establishment I'm sure that this older gentleman and this store are not a good representation of the customer service FedEx and UPS want to provide and I plan to express my concerns to both companies. All you are doing is driving away all future business.

I had needed some help with hole punching for an unusual sized paper - and the gentleman/owner was able me - despite the difficulty with COVID issues. He was wearing a mask (as was I) and gave me such great assistance...thank you for being there when a girl's in a pinch with no idea how to get help I needed - you saved the day!

Had a very horrible experience with the older gentleman. The doors were locked even though I stopped by within “new business hours” due to COVID. I wasn’t let inside the store although I had all necessary PPE on which even then is understandable however, when I asked for one strip of tape to make sure the label was sealed properly, I was told “$5 cash, all I’m taking is cash, if not go up the street to the UPS store”. The money was not the issue although I had only card but a simple “we’re only taking cash at this moment” would have gone a long way. Instead, he used an angry tone and made me feel unwelcome in this place of business. But $5 cash for one piece of tape? Also seems pretty ridiculous especially since there was no price listing for a strip of tape. Do not recommend if you are not from the area. Again, this was my first and only time coming here. Go to the UPS Store up the street, just like he said! 10/10 there.

Extremely unhelpful and rude. The place is a mess. The female owner had a RBF and growled at me when I asked to ship my package via FedEx. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I am taking by business elsewhere.

SBS is absolutely the best place for any kind of copying, packing and shipping needs. A huge added attraction is that it's a local, independent operation owned and staffed by wonderful community people.

SBS has printed full color invitations for 2 separate special occasions (using digital files I ordered on Etsy). They also just finished a large format full color poster (also based on a digital file that I ordered on Etsy). They trimmed and mounted the poster on foam board as well. They have done a great job with each order and have always been pleasant to work with. I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend this shop to others.

Came in right after the place opened. Dave, behind the counter, was nothing but the best. We spotted a typo on the prints, but we had used our own special paper to print on. Dave had the exact same paper handy in the back and saved us a trip home and back. On top of that, Dave was also knowledgeable about cross platform formatting, which definitely saved us a headache. In all, I would recommend this place anytime your home printer is acting finicky.
