I am soooo angry. If I could give this zero stars, I would. Ask to see a property after 2 days it was posted. I asked for a weekend viewing. Elena K. was supposed to set up an appointment, but never did until the day of. Find out at the very last mins., that the seller already accepted the offer and I shouldn't even better coming after I already book a train ticket. Waste my time and money. I asked her why did she wait until the last min to tell me. She only make excuse saying, well you ask for weekend date. If you have made the appointment and confirmed earlier, maybe the seller would had hold off on accepting any offer until all the viewing was done. On top of that, she has the nerve to say they are better than zillow. I missed out on that property, because of her. If she had told me yea heads up, book a tour as soon as you can, I would have took a day of work and see it. I need a realtor who is on top of things and knows what they are doing.

If I could leave zero stars, that would be the ideal rating for this companies agent TORI WEISSLEDER. For starters she is dressed like a homeless person who has not made a real estate sale in probably over a year, she is rude, late and smells like an ashtray. When we met she was very impolite and intrusive and I would highly recommend staying far away from this agent because I feel she is only interested in making a sale and not her clients best interest.

J. Philip Real Estate helped my boyfriend and I find our first home. Karen Fossli was very experienced and helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for with our location wants and price range in mind. Karen was the best and always gave us frequent updates about open houses and new homes of our liking coming on the market. She was honest and forthright and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell their home.
