I have no words for the experience I received at the drive through at this CVS location. Being yelled at by a pharmacist for simply just trying to pick up my medication, is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable customer service behavior. There have been 4 separate issues not including this past experience were I have been charged incorrectly on medication that was covered by my insurance even after showing proof, spoken to by pharmacy staff in a manner that is unacceptable and unprofessional, and etc. I literally had to move my prescription today to another pharmacy because of the true inconsistency and wild unprofessional customer care that is given to many customers. I'm at a loss for words quite frankly. Please don't complete any service needed , because it will not be a good experience.

Consistently terrible service from the pharmacist. 4 bad experiences was more than enough chances. They have no respect and are unworthy of our business.

Honestly the one person I find nice and helpful is Brian at pharmacy he is wonderful, resourceful, and nice. Now the reason for this review getting 1 star though is because I am sick and tired of the 1 Asian pharmacist. She is impatient and rude, I have seen her fighting with costumers multiple times. She does not listen when you ask her questions and she is not knowledgeable or helpful. She was yelling at me about something not being covered by the insurance and how CVS didn't have this medication, I had to fight her for her to give me the RX so I could go elsewhere. Her words exactly were that CVS did NOT have this. Then when I went to another pharmacy they quickly told me it was an over the counter medication and directed me to it. I'm sure CVS did probably have it.. Would have been easy if she wasn't rude and maybe knew that the medication was OTC.

Most disorganized Covid injection site. Took clients to other CVS sites and impressed with speed and efficiency. This one is worst. I will now drive my clients to ANY other location. They are rude and disorganized here.

I waited 30 minutes for my covid test which I had an appointment for it was absolutely ridiculous especially since I was on my break

I went to CVS to get a covid test on July 2, 2020 and I still do not have the results.I called and waited forever and was told they would escalate it to Minute Clinic and see why I do not have results now 18 days later!!!!!!!

The pharmacy staff does not care to help. I picked up a prescription for a new device that I have never used before. The woman 'helping' me in the pharmacy didn't tell me what was needed for it to work. When I tried to ask, she walked away and just pointed in the direction of what I needed to find. Thankfully, someone else in the pharmacy noticed and came over to help me find the item that went with the machine and was necessary for the machine to work. If not for him, I would have left with a prescription I couldn't even use. The woman also filled my prescription incorrectly and caused a 2 day delay with my insurance, and resulted in me being on the phone with the pharmacy, the insurance company, and my doctors office over and over for two days clearing it up, and also being without my prescription for 2 days. No apology - just gave me incorrect information over and over. I will now switch pharmacies altogether.

They had me on hold for the pharmacy for 16 minutes. When they finally answered they were very rude. Cut me off and did not even let me speak to really solve my issues. It was a woman I spoke to. She was so short with me she didn't even give me her name. Ridiculous. I am beyond Annoyed.

Very disappointed with the pharmacy, it's supposed to be a drive thru but anytime I go I'm ignored or a "window broken" sign is up and you have to go inside. Fortunately for me I am able to walk but my father who has MS and has difficulty walking needs this service. Only reason we continue to go is because of insurance reasons. If I were able to help it though I'd rather go elsewhere.

Well the Pharmacist Asma Sharmin is The Best! She continues to be my Favorite, along with all the Staff and Workers. Asma Sharmin is So Friendly, Caring, Professional and Knowledgable. My Prescriptions are Always Promptly Ready and She Helps with Anything that needs doing with regards to Doctors or Information. Plus she Always has an Extra Positive Attitude. Thankyou So Much!!!

The store is good and staff at the registers are all helpful and wonderful. The pharmacy is terrible. Prescriptions called in are never ready when they are supposed to be. On 2 occasions I called to make sure they were ready before I went to pickup, was told they were ready over the phone, and then told they were not when I arrived. This is not a fun exercise with sick toddlers in tow. Last time my prescription, called in by my doctor, took them 4 days to fill. And good luck trying to get them to transfer it. No more for me thank you. Also, when they are understaffed, they will put a sign on the drive thru stating that it's "out of order". Nice.
