The pharmacy at this location is horrible. They say they dont see you orders even when i can log into the app and see them. One person will say the doctor didn't send your prescriptions in, one person will say the medication is out of stock then they will say to soon to refill all in the same day. There are excuses one after another with this pharmacy. I walk into get some of my meds at 1:10pm and already closed for lunch when hours say lunch is 1:30-2:00pm. You try and call them when they open at 8am and getting VM until 10:00am. This pharmacy gives so many excuses to not fill your prescriptions. I had my doctors send my medications to HEB and no delay or excuses.

There is ways an issue with this CVS. Today I was hung up on while asking why my Rx wasn't ready even though today was the day.

This is your standard CVS. I don’t know why there is so much negative reviews but there is nothing wrong with this cvs. Staff is friendly, there is self check out and the staff checkout, clean environment, pharmacy does take a 30 minute lunch from 1:30-2 but that is standard! Everyone needs lunch. This CVS does what all CVS locations do normally. Always well stocked and yeah. Nothing special but I will come back, nothing is super wrong with it.

Worst store ever. Walked around, literally screaming “does anybody work here?” And couldn’t get a store associate to help.
I ended up calling WHILE STILL IN THE STORE and someone finally picked up after 5 minutes of ringing.
Moral of the story- go literally anywhere else. This place is garbage.

Came in to pick up my meds and they were closing for lunch. Although I understand we all need a lunch break it doesn’t mean you should be rude. You can be kind and explain that you are taking a lunch break…the pharmacist on duty today 4/29/24 at 1:30 needs some customer service training.i retired from health care and when dealing with sick people good customer service and a kind heart go a long way.

Good store but please stop stacking boxes in front of the ATM. Every time I go to get cash I have to move boxes out of the way. There is a large open space behind the counters just past the swinging doors, put the boxes there (it’s only like 2 feet over from the ATM) or move the ATM somewhere else.

Pharmacy staff says my medication will be ready next day by 6pm. Turns out no one even ordered my medication when they told me they did. Next I'm told I have to wait another 3 days for life or death medication because it is holiday weekend. Absolutely rude, and incompetent staff. They claim they don't understand why people go to places like Amazon for their prescriptions now

If you want to go to a cvs with no checkout help this is the place to go! Absolutely no registers open but they are available to stand and watch while you try to juggle your coupons, extra care card and a load of items falling all over the place as you try to decode the un-intuitive self check out machine.

I have no words for the experience I received at the drive through at this CVS location. Being yelled at by a pharmacist for simply just trying to pick up my medication, is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable customer service behavior. There have been 4 separate issues not including this past experience were I have been charged incorrectly on medication that was covered by my insurance even after showing proof, spoken to by pharmacy staff in a manner that is unacceptable and unprofessional, and etc. I literally had to move my prescription today to another pharmacy because of the true inconsistency and wild unprofessional customer care that is given to many customers. I'm at a loss for words quite frankly. Please don't complete any service needed , because it will not be a good experience.

Consistently terrible service from the pharmacist. 4 bad experiences was more than enough chances. They have no respect and are unworthy of our business.

Very money hungry staff. Although this CVS is a participant of CDC’s Bridge Access Program, they still tried to charge me $200 for a COVID booster shot until I brought up the program. They then refused to take my GoodRx coupon for the flu shot, saying it doesn’t work there. I had to demand them to try putting it in the system just to see what would happen, and it WORKED. Long story short, if you are uninsured and you need care, they will charge you a LOT of money, assuming you don’t know what you’re eligible for.

This CVS does what all CVS locations do normally. They're well stocked, the floor staff is friendly and the pharmacy staff is terrific. I have always had a positive experience, from helpful answers to my questions about meds to a great attitude towards being helpful on handling insurance. There are other CVS locations i could go to though prefer the staff at this location.

Honestly the one person I find nice and helpful is Brian at pharmacy he is wonderful, resourceful, and nice. Now the reason for this review getting 1 star though is because I am sick and tired of the 1 Asian pharmacist. She is impatient and rude, I have seen her fighting with costumers multiple times. She does not listen when you ask her questions and she is not knowledgeable or helpful. She was yelling at me about something not being covered by the insurance and how CVS didn't have this medication, I had to fight her for her to give me the RX so I could go elsewhere. Her words exactly were that CVS did NOT have this. Then when I went to another pharmacy they quickly told me it was an over the counter medication and directed me to it. I'm sure CVS did probably have it.. Would have been easy if she wasn't rude and maybe knew that the medication was OTC.
