Theresa the owner was so compassionate it made me believe there are still good people in this world. My husband and I went there to get a plaque for our dogs urn and she made our experience very special. I highly recommend them.

Dropped off a plaque to have two little plates engraved with a year. Simple, right? Well after FIVE WEEKS, nothing. I had to make SEVERAL calls and visits. Each time I got a fresh excuse. Pulled the job, and for all future jobs I will go to a location that actually cares about the customer. Note: I did a previous job there, same thing. It took seven weeks and multiple phone calls from me and visits before the job was actually completed. I figured it was a one off and I would give them a second chance. Will make sure EVERYONE in my organization (that I was doing plaques for) knows about this location and what they think of us.

I bought a gift for my son (poker set) to give him when he was called up for deployment. His orders required him to leave the following day and I wanted to add a monogrammed plate on it ("Love Dad"). I NEVER thought that I would be able to get it done before he shipped out. When I walked into their shop in Briarcliff, I told Teresa and John my situation and they IMMEDIATELY crafted two PERFECT plates. When I gave the monogrammed poker set to my boy it made him (and then me) misty. I had never met them before that, but Teresa and John made a friend in me. I still get goosebumps when I think of how they jumped to do this on the spot to help me give my son this gift before he deployed overseas. They are wonderful people. I will always give them my business.

If you are looking for a custom crystal plaque, look no further! This place has it all. On top of that, their customer service is exceptional!! I had a constant email chain back and forth and they had my plaque ready within a few days! Not sure how they do it. Thank you Crown Trophy team!!

John and Teresa are always a pleasure to work with at Crown Trophy in Briarcliff Manor! They have designed and developed new plaques for us as well as refurbished and re-plated existing plaques.
