From Service to Parts, Vermeer in Brewster is 5 stars all around.Jesus in parts goes above and beyond for every order, is extremely thorough and always applies his knowledge and network to help us get the part we need. Justin in parts is always helpful and great at following up on orders for us and putting us in the right direction.Paul & Kevin in Service & Sales have been top notch in getting us our first new chipper, assisting with any repairs or questions and seem to always be available to take a call, email or in person visit, no matter what.Geo in service jumps on every repair and has made emergency same day repairs for me in a friendly and skilled manner. Never being too busy to fit me in, getting me back to the job site the same day.Its nice to feel, as a small local business, that you are a large corporation's only customer when you call or stop in, even though you are not. We appreciate the personal and thorough service we receive here no matter which department we are using! Thank you Brewster Vermeer ?
