Worst UPS store I’ve ever stepped foot into they don’t answer the phone. They are responsible to file a claim when they lose a package which they have not done or responded to the problem. They are just absolutely suck when you call they’re all they do is pick up the phone and hang it up. They lost a car title. I wouldn’t trust them shipping anything they just suck and don’t care Lazy do nothing good for nothing people that should not be in business. UPS should pull the franchise rights from these people. They are garbage don’t trust them with anything.

I have used this UPS store for the last 8 years and NEVER had a problem. They have always been professional and courteous. They NEVER once lost or misplaced a package. Keep up the excellent and I will be back again!

I called for 5 months about a P.O. box, I was told I would get a call back 5 times and never heard from them. I ended up getting a box from usps.

This place is stealing packages. I dropped off an Amazon package and it never reached its destination. I misplaced my receipt so they cannot help me whatsoever. But they did tell me to call Amazon and tell them I do have a receipt and they will issue a refund.

On hold for an hr then when I CALLED back they said the same thing they said before being put on hold "can u hold o. A couple mins we have a couple customers " no apology for the hr just very nasty ur gonna have to call back.. and meanwhile I'm HEARING someone's child talking to someone saying" mom try one of these they are frEEz dried skittles " I'm am livid looking for district managers number

There is NO UPS STORE HERE!!!!!!! Since my day was scheduled around stopping here it pretty much ruined the day. Some basic decency would post this store as "closed".

This place closes 15 minutes before 1pm on Saturday which is really annoying. Walked in to return a cable modem and lady said she can’t do it because it will go over 1pm and she needed to leave. We’ll lock your doors and put up the close sign don’t wait for me to walk into the store to tell me that. Second time I’ve had issues this with ups.
