After multiple Bad experiences between my husband and I I decided to give it one more shot as it’s the closest location to do a happy return and I have a baby I’m toting around with me. Well, that was a mistake. I was greeted nastily by the man working there telling me if I needed to do an Amazon return I could just use the self-help kiosk and was annoyed that that’s not what I was there for. When I said I was doing a happy return he said well I can’t help you, she has to.. pointinf to his coworker. Not a problem I’ll wait I said which I did and then the woman with blonde hair and blue eyeliner proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do my return because I didn’t have the original packaging which they needed. I’ve done happy returns at a Staples store many times and have never had that problem which I expressed to her. iI
Instead of working with me And maybe contacting the company and figuring something out I was simply told no and the bag shoved back to me from across the counter. I asked why is it any different from the other locations that do happy returns and she simply said “well because it is l” and sent me on my way with my baby in one hand and my bag of returns shoved back at me in the other. No one in the store is ever friendly or remotely helpful quite the opposite actually. I left went to a different store where they worked with me and figured out how to kindly help me. This store has permanently lost my business

Today I went to the UPS Store in Brewster to ship a box. As I walked in—alongside about five other customers—the woman with long brown hair immediately shouted, “Is this Amazon?? Just use the machine.” No greeting, no offer to help—just that.
I responded politely, “I don’t mind waiting. I’d rather have you scan it. I’m not sure if I did it right. It’s not Amazon, it’s Adidas.” She smirked at her coworker and said, “I don’t know why it matters. It gives you the same receipt.”
Her attitude made me feel completely uncomfortable and unvalued as a customer. I reluctantly went over and used the machine. When I finished, the box didn’t fit in the bin provided, so I brought it up to her. Her only response: “It didn’t fit in the bin?”
It honestly felt like the employees were doing everything they could to avoid offering actual customer service. Just pushing everyone toward the self-service machines.
I try to support small-town businesses over big-box stores whenever I can, but in this case, I bet the customer service at Kohl’s or Whole Foods would have been much more respectful and helpful.

No one was there at 9:00 AM Tuesday morning. I arrived at 8:55 and left at 9:10. Another customer who arrived at 9:00 left at 9:05. I certainly understand someone running late, but customers have to get to work, too. Not acceptable for a shipping business.

Worst UPS store I’ve ever stepped foot into they don’t answer the phone. They are responsible to file a claim when they lose a package which they have not done or responded to the problem. They are just absolutely suck when you call they’re all they do is pick up the phone and hang it up. They lost a car title. I wouldn’t trust them shipping anything they just suck and don’t care Lazy do nothing good for nothing people that should not be in business. UPS should pull the franchise rights from these people. They are garbage don’t trust them with anything.

I have used this UPS store for the last 8 years and NEVER had a problem. They have always been professional and courteous. They NEVER once lost or misplaced a package. Keep up the excellent and I will be back again!

I called for 5 months about a P.O. box, I was told I would get a call back 5 times and never heard from them. I ended up getting a box from usps.
