I took my car to Splash Car Wash for a regular wash around 5:15 PM. The attendant convinced me to upgrade from a $34 wash to a $74 full-service package, which was supposed to include cleaning of the glass, vinyl, tires/wheels, and exterior. After waiting for about an hour, I was told my car was ready. However, I found that the mats were still dirty, the floors were not properly vacuumed, and there were spray drips and marks all over the seats and vinyl that hadn’t been wiped down. The exterior still had several dirt spots, and the car was still wet.
While all this was happening, I noticed the manager, Jackie, in the parking lot with a group of people who didn’t seem to work there, and it appeared they were smoking a joint. When she came back, I asked her for help in addressing the issues with my car. She shrugged and asked what I wanted her to do. I suggested that she send one of the workers to complete the job, but she responded by saying they were closing, despite it being only 6:20 PM.
I stood my ground, saying this was unacceptable, and demanded a refund. She eventually refunded $73.67 at 6:24 PM, but it was frustrating that she couldn’t just take five more minutes to have one of the workers finish the job properly. This situation could have easily been resolved, saving the company a loss and retaining a customer.
Before leaving, I asked for the General Manager's name, and I was told it was Jose. I understand it’s challenging to find good workers these days, but charging premium prices should come with a guarantee of quality service. Unfortunately, Splash Car Wash fell short.

Michael was the nicest as soon as I pulled in ! I always come to this car wash because they always do such a good job ! They take their time and make sure everything is clean and done properly! My car always looks great when I leave here !!

So happy to have made the switch to Splash! The monthly plan perfectly suits my needs and it’s so nice to see familiar faces each visit. Shout out to Michael and Tony for always being so friendly and kind. Staff seem happy, competent and well organized and the car always looks and smells great. 10/10 would recommend!

Michael was absolutely amazing beyond belief! The level of professionalism is unmatched, great charming personality and very well spoken with every detail service they offer here at splash!
