We walked out after being fitted for skis and snowboards and decided to go somewhere else for our rentals after the way we were treated today. I treat others with kindness and respect always and the way my 12 year old daughter was spoken to today was unacceptable. We are newer skiers and the process from beginning to end was rushed which was fine. But the older woman at the register was extremely rude and condescending to my daughter who was respectful and was trying to figure out this year’s snowboard so that’s when we left. It was not busy and they had quite a lot of time on their hands today and we were not asking for anything out of the ordinary. Yes this establishment has been here for many years, but kindness goes a long way. I do not ever take the time to write reviews nor walk out of places ever but I will always do what’s right for my children and show them that this behavior is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience working with Brian to outfit my son with snowboard boots and bindings. Great inventory selection and Brian took the time to help make informed decisions, gave lots of options, showed him how to make adjustments, and got him fully outfitted. The whole team there is great. We’ll never shop anywhere else.

Got our roof racks and accessories here, Brian is the best. Gave us a rundown about what we needed and what we did not need. Showed us the installation process and gave us good tips for maintenance. Went back when we were purchasing a car to get advice with moving our equipment to the new vehicle. Got to learn what we could and couldn’t reuse. Crazy helpful again. Nice people, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are competitive.

I sent my son in to get his size and they sent him away cause they were busy, terrible service cause it’s over a 45 minute drive for us the manger I think his name is Fred said my son can’t try on the boots or skis for his size, unpleasant service.

I have bought my ski equipment at Ski Haus for over 35 years. It is always a total joy to deal with them for their experience, knowledge and honesty. There is a reason they have been in business since 1962: their integrity. Recently, I informed Ski Haus that a ski I bought from them a bit over 2 years ago had developed an edge that was separating. Though the ski company warranty had just passed, Ross and his team went to bat for me, and my skis were replaced. This is one example of the extraordinary commitment to quality. It's rare in our world to find such care. I highly recommend Ski Haus to all ski enthusiasts. James D Barron

A beautiful young man with a charming personality & excellent customer service skills helped me to find a pair of ski boots today. For the average person - this may sound like a normal easy experience. But for me - someone with larger calves - this was more difficult. He said to me as I walked in not to worry and took extra care to ensure that I walked out with comfortable and stylish boots. Thank you so much Jackson for your lovely service.

Stopped here today for new snowboard boots, Brian and Cam helped me out. Super nice guys, they even stuck the bindings on my board (didn't buy the board or bindings there) which gave me time to chat. Really knowledgeable guys that you can bounce any general questions you have off of. That's something you can't get online.I tried on a pair of boots that fit well and was gonna buy them, cam insisted I try a few more, sure enough I found an even better pair. If he just cared about the sale I wouldn't have left with the best boots possible, and they are honestly the most comfortable snowboard boots I've ever worn (the heat molding on your feet definitly helps).You won't find a better spot than this for winter sports. It's about an hour away for me but it's always worth the trip!

Super fast and great service ! I was in, filled the form, got measured and fitted, paid and was out with rental equipment in 20 mins - definitely recommend for seasonal rental skis for both kids and adults.

These guys are the best! Very knowledgeable and patient. Good prices as well. Look no further than Ski Haus. I drive 40 minutes to shop there and it’s well worth it.

Been here twice with a friend. First for helmets and later for goggles. Great experience for both of us both times. Brittany patiently helped us look through goggles, explained the differences and even did a little extra research to answer our more technical questions. When buying helmets we received similar attention from the employee (unfortunately forgot her name).
