The store is always in disarray and there's no one ever to help out. But the thing that left a rotten taste in my mouth was the last time I was there. A vendor from a different company came in to deliver drinks and the so-called manager yelled at him and was extremely nasty in front of myself and a few other customers. I think she might've felt threatened for respect or challenged. I don't know . But regardless, there is no professionalism or customer service here... especially among the "manager".

The pharmacy is fine but the prices in the store have been going up and the photo printing machines are rarely working. That's a big reason I go in there.

They advertise available vaccine slots online even though they are not actually available. Their online booking system is a mess and hangs after you have completed all the information. When attempting to get one of the available slots in person they make excuses for refusing to accept further appointments, while allowing them to continue to appear as available online.

I didn't come here looking for much but they had my favorite drinks, a better selection of gum than any Rite Aid or Duane Reade back in NYC, and the employees were nice. They were even giving out candy right by the cash register on Halloween. I would come here again.

Went to buy a beach towel and there were only two and the prices were insane. They were 50% off but to pay $12.99 for a small towel? It's insane. After going to the register to double check if the prices were listed correctly the lady was rude off the bat. I asked if they had cash back and got no answer. She went ahead and rung up the towels and I just wanted to know the prices. She goes to the insert card screen when I again asked do you have cash back. She in a rude tone says YES UP TO $40. I go into my phone to get my card on my phone and the service was horrible in the store so it wasn't loading and the lady got very aggressive with me so I decided not to get the towel because how uncomfortable I felt. I start walking away and she asks me to put the towels back that are on the ORHER register. Isn't that their job? It was empty so there is no reason she couldn't do it. Ive never heard a worker say that anywhere. Very disappointed rite aid hired this lady. I've never had an issue with this rite aid until this interaction. Never going back.

Been coming to do the radiator for as long as I've lived here which is about 15 years now. And I still feel as welcome as they did the first day. Everyone is always happy to greet you and the pharmacy always knows your name. They basically don't go anywhere else even though there's many options around. The store is very clean they have a bathroom in the back right and they always have some great sales.

2019 update: the pharmacists and their staff are still the Best, helpful, answering questions, paying attention. Since you can opt out of the out of state refill , I am sticking with my pharmacists here at Rite Aid. I know I can trust them to do it right.

An excellent Rite Aid. The pharmacists and their assistants are particularly great, kind, attentive , even when under pressure. The items Rite Aid says are on sale are generally available and ring up right and if not available, they always give a generous rain check for several of the item. Why anyone would use the Acme next store for a pharmacy ( or grocery store) is beyond me. That place is a dump. Update 2018: ok folks, what's with filling my prescriptions in a warehouse in New Jersey and delivering them to me here at my local Rite Aid? Why do you think I get them filled here?!!! Because I know who is filling them and I know they pay attention! You are about to lose a whole lotta business and I do not mean just me. How d*** can you get? Walgreens beats the crap out of you and takes most of your stores , so what do you do? Piss off your remaining customers. The pharmacy business is LOCAVORE to the customers . I want my licensed pharmacists filling my prescriptions, not some sniveling 19 year old "sub assistant fulfillment clerk" or whoever you got for minimum wage with his head in his iPhone in Hoffa's Detritus, New Jersey ! Done. Gone.

I like this pharmacy. A couple of the pharmacists are always excellent, they remember your info, can advise you from interaction they develop with you and can answer questions completely. The store itself is totally hit or miss with stocked supplies and the prices aren't commonly why anyone shops here. But if you are looking for a good local pharmacist, go in and build a relationship. Nothing is worse than lousy service and care when you're ill and need them. So this is why I'm so grateful to have them locally.
