“My task was to digitize old, somewhat curled up World War II pictures my father had taken as a B-17 pilot based in England. The pictures had been grouped into various categories and some of the photos had notations on the back. One of the reasons for having the pictures digitized was to be able to upload them to a website dedicated to the B-17 .My contact at Joseph Merritt was Rosemary Cairo. Her knowledge, expertise and thoroughness made the process uncomplicated and smooth.Before proceeding with the project she emailed copies of how the photos would appear and the cost to do the work.She kept the photos in their categories, paired the photos with their notes on the back when needed and offered options to enhance the quality of the images. Once completed Rosemary made them available on line for downloading and on memory sticks.Joseph Merritt in general and Rosemary in particular did a wonderful job and I am grateful for that.Sincerely,Peter Thompson”

She was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable about wedding invitations. She gave us plenty of time to look through the samples then helped us pick the most elegant and detailed wedding invitation we’re looking for. She delivered on time and when we needed a few more invitations for some late invites she was also able to print them for us quickly. “Jim at the UPS Store Ridgefield was great. I had dropped off a package that had to go USPS, the package went missing after being picked up from the store, the tracking kept saying a label was made with no movement. Jim went above and beyond, he called the post office told them the issue and gave me updates regularly. Then a week later it suddenly arrived at its destination, much to our surprise.
Thank you Jim for staying on top of this for me you are a great person!
