I had to be towed off of route 84 to approximately 4.5 miles to this garage and this crook charged me $383.00 . When confronted with the bill I got a bunch of its regulations and dangerous job. This place is a huge rip off and totally unprofessional business. Avoid at all costs. Very rude and unprofessional business. With all of your lies in response, (was never ticked) still doesn't explain your robbery charges. I guess it's the wayit is in a scummy line of business .low iq ppl. Pure scumbag owner

Called up trying to tell the shop that I was having my car towed over there for a repair. Guy that answered the phone was clearly overwhelmed with whatever was going on at the shop. He promptly hung up on me mid sentence after I was trying to tell him what was wrong with the car. I guess they dont want my business. Had my car towed to Don's Automotive next door instead.

I wasn’t ticketed, I wasn’t parked in the left lane. Let me know how I am suppose to merge all the way to the right lane with a flat tire when cars are going above speed limit, 70-80mphs. I even have my hazard on. I did everything what I suppose to do in the situation. The car who hit me, admit fault and apologize for not seeing my hazard lights. For your information my son is a toddler not an infant. Get your facts right before you say something you don’t nothing about. It’s funny how you don’t do stupid meanwhile you are fighting with customers in person and online. This will definitely help your business.

One of the worst experiences with these people, I could not have worse things to say about this business everyone is rude and unprofessional, and charge over the top prices for the littlest of things and completely unreasonable and threaten to jack up the price over a simple ask of why it was so high to begin with. I would never recommend these people a day in my life. Please do not use this service or give at all to this business I hope they have something to say as a reply to this

I had a tune up on my Honda and it was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Pat should me what needed to be replaced and I'm extremely happy with the way it was explained to me. Very trust worthy.

terrible. such a bad experience. $250 for a 2 mile drive, never showed up to give me my car. i didn’t call him. the state police did, i asked him to stop and i have someone coming, he didn’t. said to meet him at the shop that night, never showed up, police involved, my car broke down & he actually robbed me and drove my poor car dangling off the truck down the highway. “ it’s not safe to wait for your tow truck “ -pat. ohhhh it would have been safer to wait then drive like that.

This Man Patrick is 100% Honorable.I called in Desperation due to leaking Brake lines.I was told to pull in and it will be looked at.Mind you this is 3pm on Friday labor day weekend.1hour & a half later with new brake lines I was able to travel and enjoy the weekend.Thank you so much for your help today with the brake line work.Kenneth J WalshBrewster resident of 2 Months.

Very rude. All I needed was a diagnosis with the computer and told basically that he was busy. Pat has the personality of a tomato ? No skills in communication. Very cocky. I'm surprised that place still exists.

$297 to tow a car for a 1/2 mile!!! Do yourself a favor and call anyone else. According to the reviews this guy seems to rip off everyone and he is very nasty and disrespectful. This should be illegal and I'm going to file a complaint with the State of New York!

Save yourself the time and money, and use the tow shop next store to them. Perferred came out and refused to tow my car. State police came and called perferred, I told them they had already been out and I didn't want them towing my car. They said if I could get another company there faster, then I could do that. I called Dons Automotive and they were great! They couldn't figure out why Perferred would refuse to tow my car as it was a pretty basic tow. Maybe their shop itself is okay, but their towing service is garbage.
