This place is horrible to the animals, They do not treat the animals with care, most of the animals water bottles have rust on them and the animals have to drink from them. They also do not clean cages nor clean their items.

This place is awesome!! Very nice employees- great buy one get one deals and promos, they stock all the top brands, and the coolest part is that I feel like I just went to a zoo for free- they have this large tank and waterfall of koi and other large fish, plus an aviation room where you can be in there with large parts and African greys, among other birds- also the manager has other birds for adoption which is something I can really get behind- support this local gem!

Told the cashier I was interested in adopting a rabbit and they both looked at each other in disgust and neither wanted to help me so I left. Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

Went to PetKraze looking for 2 new family members and we found 2 Lutino Cockatiels to be a perfect match! Purchasing the birds was quick and easy. Staff was friendly!

Prices are a little higher here but I consider that the price of the entertainment they provide for my kids with all the animals they have.

Went there today to buy a fish for my son. After waiting in the fish area for 15 minutes and not seeing one employee I walked back up to the register and asked the cashier if there was anyone that could help me. There were three employees standing right next to the register doing nothing. Not one followed me, so I walked back to the fish area with five year old in tow waiting for fish. Still no one came back to help. There were now 3 other families back there also waiting. A second request was made to someone that was wondering around the dog aisle and she also nodded like she was going to meet me back there but no...one again we all waited. After 30 minutes I walked out and told the now four woman employees that were just chatting away at the register that they actually did have customers waiting. Now I have a disappointed kid and lots of aggravation.

The only way I could see the picture is by looking in a window of a mirror in a mirror in a window in a mirror and then you could look in your eyes for some pictures or videos and you would find it and it will look different from your pictures in your photo opooo you are so beautiful and beautiful and I love you so much and I will always love you forever and always and forever weww you are my everything and I love you forever always forever I will forever be in the same thoughts with all the best to all of us all the people in my life I will forever love

Pet Kraze has a fantastic grooming service for Golden Doodles. My large golden doodle has never received grooming services that I’ve been pleased with. They do an excellent job here for an affordable price. I recommend this place for grooming your dog!

The vet area is wonderful. Had a major problem with the grooming and helping them, they said my dog was difficult. The person who is ?Now the manager Michelle who is the Manger is not a nice person an,My person brought my dog in and had it grooming done and my person said that my dog was great. The Manager Michelle, said never bring NEVER BRING MY DOG THERE TO BEBRING MY DOG IN TO BE GROOM! THE MANAGER ALSO SAID SHE IS IN CHARGE THERE AND NOBODY WILL TAKE CARE OF OUR DOG HERE AGAIN FOR GROOMING MICHELLEbecame very rude and unprofessional.Infact had the gull to call u my and said my dog try to hurther groomer and shewas there and saw
