Mike was out making a delivery to my neighbor and we were expecting a delivery later that day and he was able to get us heat! He provided excellent service and although the delivery scheduling within the company could have been better organized, Mike went above and beyond to get us propane sooner and provided important information on maintaining our tanks!

We've been using Paraco for years. We called for a delivery and they charged us $4.39/gallon. That seemed high to us, so we called a couple of other local companies and there were all lower, and some as low as $1.40 less/gallon. Lesson learned- we should have checked first. We called Paraco to discuss why our rates were so high and they would only agree to a ridiculously small concession- about $0.10/gallon. We told them that we'll be switching to another company and they did not care. Supporting local is great, but they need to be in line with other local competitors. Please do your homework and call around before you work with this company. We wasted hours dealing with their customer service team and came up frustrated.

The Paraco team that came to our home was knowledgeable, efficient and really nice. They got my new cooktop hooked up and working. They were very neat and went the extra mile for us. I highly recommend them.

My family and I just moved into a house that uses propane for heat, which I have absolutely no firsthand experience with. Dave K. from Paraco came out and gave the system and any propane related items in the home a very thorough once over. He discovered a small leak in the system and was able to repair it on the spot. Additionally, he took the time to show me some of the ins and outs of things such as the gas fireplace, which is also new to me. Dave was kind, professional, and more than generous in sharing his extensive knowledge. I appreciate that he took the time to answer the many questions I had. He is a credit to the company and I couldn't have had a better first experience with Paraco!

SCHISTERS...!!!I called to have a new oven igniter installed. I bought my own from Sears Parts for $70.00. Paraco wanted $112.00 + tax.The LABOR cost for Paraco to install this igniter was $195.00 + tax as quoted on the phone.The "office" could not give me an idea of the time the Paraco guy was to be here. NOR did I receive a call that he was on his way. He arrived early morn'. I received the bill; an additional charge of $14.99 + tax ($16.25) for a "SHOP MATERIAL FEE". WTF...!!! I used NO other materials, etc., etc. It's just made up BS...!!! I called Paraco to ask about this additional charge. The girl said we charge everyone this. I asked what the charge is for especially since I used NO materials, etc. She said it was for labor. BS...the bill reads $195.00 (+ tax) for the LABOR. She had NO explanation what this charge is for. I told her, "then it's just a B*LLSH*T charge, right????I could see if the Paraco guy did some oven tests; -Bake burner igniter safety valve; check the amps.-Igniter continuity to measure resistance; ohms.-Oven safety valve; check continuity; ohms.I don't think he even had a multimeter to measure resistance. It's bad enough that their tank rental increased from $50 something to $80 something in the past year. SMFH

Paraco arrived earlier than anticipated to hook up my stove. The technician explained every aspect to what he was doing. He Checked for leaks. Very satisfied with his professionalism.
