“It was such a great and easy non pressure experience . We enjoyed looking and chatting with Ron who couldn’t have been nicer. My daughter and I went to “ Him”” as the cute gals at Her where we had a blast and felt right at home with Daniella and Penny. Said go to the men’s store ! Daniella and Penny Not pushy and so nice, really worked with us to find pieces that we wanted but couldn’t find in the size we needed.. We love this women’s store and their products! First time in….But the service was the best ,we felt like we were shopping with good friends and it wasn’t because we were shopping and spending money. It was genuine .!Thank you both for all your help :) Sally ( CharlestonSC, and Kenan.( a neighboring town).See you soon! The only thing I wish is that if you purchase an item at either store and have to return that you could get a store credit but use it at either store .In Charleston we have a ladies boutique and down a few stores a Home store and gifts and if you return at either the credit and be used at either store which really makes sense . I mean why wouldn’t you , owned by same people!! Go shop at these stores , really cool pieces!”

She helped me look for the sizes I needed, they didn't have what I needed so she returned the items and then she proceeded to help me order the right sizes online. “Thank you very much to Paula and Dayshawn for their outstanding service.My son and I arrived on Oct. 28th to buy a suit for my son. We needed it for a Nov. 3rd wedding. So, right out of the gate, we put JAB and Paula on the spot with a tight deadline. Paula found us a great suit, but the correct trousers, which would need to be hemmed, weren't available onsite. She ordered them shipped to us with delivery expect on the following Wednesday. To our pleasant surprise, they arrived on Tuesday; unfortunately, however, they were the wrong size.When I called the store, Dayshawn, the store manager received my call and told me he would order a pair for overnight delivery to the store from their warehouse and would also have a sister store (in Rhode Island) overnight a pair to my house just to be sure. Both pairs of trousers arrived on Thursday and Paula had one pair hemmed for my son on the spot.In every business "things happen"; but, it's how you respond to those situations that defines the business. I could not be more pleased with JAB, Paula, and Dayshawn for stepping up on a moment's notice to solve a problem for their client. Top notch results from a client-oriented team. Thank you!!!”

She was quick to help and bring me her suggestions. She made me so comfortable and I left a happy customer. She also went above and beyond and entertained my children. “I have not been to the Banana Republic store at the Danbury Mall for awhile until last week when I was just looking around in the Mens department for a gift idea, I was approached by friendly staffs if I needed help and offered suggestions, the merchandise selection were a bit limited but nicely presented which made it easy to see everything, I really liked the music they were playing in the background that was upbeat yet soothing and not too loud which created a positive vibe for me to stay longer than some of the other stores I quickly walked in and out. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and will return soon.”

“The woman with the long hair in the Baby Gap section was incredibly helpful and is fantastic with kids! My 7 month old was starting to get tired and cranky, but this sales associate brought a smile to his face and made him laugh. We needed a dressier outfit for him and she showed us the options they had in store in his size. My son is tall, so we were looking for something in size 12-18. Some of the dress shirts had buttons that could be dangerous for a 7 month old. She brought it to our attention, which we were very grateful for. We ended up finding a polo for him and a lot of other cute items. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return. The only thing that could be improved would be more sizes in stock.”

“As per other reviews from 1-5 years ago the staff definitely changed. I've been in this store multiple times and been treated better then any other formalwear store. The guys inside always have a smile on and willing to help. So much so that I booked my wedding suit rentals, made sure my brothers wedding suit rentals will be from there and my cousins. There system is flawless and can't beat the price. Ive purchased formalwear from there anything from pants to a sport coat. There quality is great for the prices! But more importantly the employees are there to guide you in the correct direction. Thank you for all you guys did for my family and I I will continue to be an advocate and a customer!”
