I went to buy a mattress and it was taken care of by Martha. She was very patient and gave me many options. I also answer all my questions. I had a credit voucher for a mattress. At first I went to the original store that I had purchased the mattress. A young man with long hair in a pony tail told me to come back after the holiday because he could not help me until then . I then said that I dealth with a young lady named Danielle. He said she comes back in March and to come back then. I was taken back because I wanted to shop for the sale. I tried to call the store in Yorktown, no answer. I then called the store in Brewster. A gentleman by the name of Richard answered the phone. I explained what happened and he said to come in and he would help me. Since I was turned away from the Somers store, I felt he was not getting his commission so he had no time for me. I did go to the Brewster store that was 40 minutes from my home. I met with Richard, who was the store manager and he took his time to make sure he found what I needed and when he needed a little assistance, Christopher chimed in to help. I left a very satisfied customer. Out of yorktown, Mohegan lake and Somers, I highly recommend the Brewster store to give you great service and not just try and sell you something just to make a buck. Thank you Richard and Christopher my make my shopping experience pleasant.
