Allstate Roadside Assistance set me up with this company on Saturday. My daughters car broke down here on Long Island at my home. This company agreed to take it on a flatbed to my daughters house in Walton 200.2 miles.
The driver called & said he would be here shortly, he came at 5:44 pm. He asked if he could deliver the car the next morning because he had been driving all day & he didn't feel comfortable driving another 3-4 hours. He said he would leave it on the flatbed locked up in the company yard, & leave early in the morning to deliver it to my daughter in Walton. The car had to be on a flatbed for mechanical issues. I asked for a business card. I assumed they notified Allstate of the change in plans of next day delivery. I never heard from them the next morning but assumed the car was being delivered as I was told the next morning. My daughter called me about 12:30 pm asking where her car was. I immediately called the drivers cell phone & got no answer (no voicemail was set up.) I called the company number no answer no voicemail. I went back & forth on both numbers all afternoon no answer. My daughter & I started to panic. I called Allstate he never notified them with the change of plans. Someone finally answered the business phone & when I asked him about where my car was, he said he knew nothing about it & he would call me back in 15 minutes. We'll he never called, Allstate called them & they were rude & said the car will be there later, then hung up. They did that three times to her.. I called five times & they flicked me to music & never came back to the phone. I called the police & made a report. They were following up today but thankGod my daughter called me at 9:45 pm last night when they finally dropped the car off to her, it wasn't on a flatbed, it wasn't the same driver but it was the same company from a different location. We have to check for damage towing it the wrong way & personal belongings in the car. .

Lil Pete's driver, Austin, went above and beyond to be there for me when I got locked out of our vehicle. They showed, up were communicative, and went out of their way to make sure I was safe and taken care of. Thank you, Austin!

I was with my family and ran into a major problem with my automobile.I drive a 2023 Audi suv I ran over a nail on RT 684 My infant grandson was in the car and I was running out of time it was towards the end of the day and it was cold outside. I started out with putting air into the tire at a shell station .Directly across the street was LISI Flatbed service and towing I thought they would be able to help me I was told by one of the workers there to see Steve . I did just that . Steve had said there was a policy that LISI had . A plug would cost $127.00 . I’m a retired operating engineer And I know all about Bulldozers and Cranes and Huge equipment And definitely flatbed service . They didn’t care who was in the car all they were concerned about was MONEY. But time was really running out and I was 50 miles away from home . We ended up at LIL PETES . Without hesitation They saw the baby in the car and fixed the tire within minutes. But not for $ 127.00I’ll never forget what they did for my family that day . It wasn’t about money it was about helping a little boy on a cold winter day .Thank You LIL PETE ??

Avoid this place at all costs. Nothing but getting the run around on the phone. Dishonest owner and employees. Their "lot" isn't even in the same town. It's in Carmel. They scammed a company out of $5000 cash for a completely crushed vehicle and refused to make the situation right after sitting around for 3 hours. Avoid avoid, avoid!!!!

HELL NO! There is nothing lower than 1-star and I don't have all day to write all of the details. This review is just scratching the surface of the details.I just had a horrible two day experience with Lil' Pete's Automotive (LPA) who was dispatched by Honda Care to tow my car to the Acura dealer on 9/29/23. They failed to deliver it on Friday night, claiming they could not access the dealership parking lot. However, LPA failed to use the designated after-hours parking lot as clearly directed by signage and by myself. LPA took the car to Mahopac for "storage" and told me to get Honda Care to issue another towing ticket for Saturday. On Saturday, fed up with this experience, I tried to get AAA to tow the car from LPA to Acura. LPA did not cooperate with AAA . I called Honda Care to escalate and LPA refused to answer Honda Care calls and discuss the situation. I gave up. Only when Honda Care issued a second towing ticket to LPA, were calls answered and LPA finally delivered the car to Acura on 9/30/23 Saturday night after the dealership closed.LPA left the car, on a busy roadway, parked three feet into the traffic lane. They left the car unlocked. I called AAA to move the car 50 feet from the roadway into the Acura dealership parking lot.All in all, I spent a miserable 6 hours on the phone Saturday to finally get my car in a secure location. I think LPA gamed the system to get paid twice for the same job.If your roadside assistance picks Lil' Pete's, tell them HELL NO, get another company for the job.

Told me they were getting my car by 1200, then was told by 130, then again told by 4pm, and then again by 7pm. It's now 7pm and guess who isn't here. Don't waste your time with this company. The number of times I was hung up on, the amount of time waiting...... Absolutely horrible

Lil Petes is the worst towing service, I was out on the road for four hours waiting for them just for them to say over and over again we will be there in an hour. They never came, then when I called them, they were very rude and unprofessional. They were called through Geico, and they hung up on the agent, the company that gives you business, WoW!! Please people do not call on them at all. I told Geico to take them off the list, The agent that was helping me already summited a letter to her boss to get them off the towing list. They shouldn't be in customer service business at all. I will be reaching out to the better business to forward this email complaint. to let them know how horrible they customer service, and how they treat customers.

By far the best towing experience I’ve ever had. Great service over all & Brandon was amazing & patient with the long commute! Towed my car from pace university in NY to my house in Torrington, CT! Thank you so much Brandon!
