These guys are awesome. I like to go into the shop and watch them work because I’m curious about cars. They only charged for the amount of time they actually spent working on my car even in between serving other clients. Trustworthy honest guys who helped me with a lot of repairs!

Was great place was scheduled for synthetic oil change 05/27/2024 8:30 am
Memorial Day I called fri before to confirm they will be opened that Monday Memorial Day the gent confirmed & said see you Monday mama (?) SO I SHOW UP 15 min before scheduled time no one there I waited till scheduled time & called several times went to voicemail complete WAIST OF MY TIME! No one showed up
PS I DROVE BY THERE ON MY WAY 10AM
ZZZZZ NO ONE THERE GOT THEMSELF ONE LESS CUSTOMER

My usual guy was packed and backed up(partly my cause being that I’ve just run two of my cars to his shop, and the one was in need of so much work it wasn’t worth repairing lol)
At any rate, J&J was my third attempt of the day to try to get my moms crv inspected-it has been with me for the week while I tried to clear a few codes and get it ready to pass.
I miss my car, the gentleman at J & J got in me immediately and back out on my way, so fast, and best part is moms crv is legally inspected now! (And I can get my car back!)
Very efficient, knowledgeable and kind.

I had an oil change tire rotation and NY inspection. Work was done efficiently and there was no hard upsell on anything. I will definitely be returning to j&j for any future repairs that I need.

Unfortunately this used to be a great place. The ownership of this establishment changed today. After the promise that all employees would keep their jobs, he fired the entire staff today. I will not be supporting a business that promises job security and blindsides an amazing staff.

Joe was very helpful and was able to get my vehicle in right away for an inspection and mounting my 4 snow tires! He was highly recommended by a family member and I look forward to using him again!

I had my car towed to them to fix my alternator. My friend couldn't figure out how to do it so decided to use these guys! I had read a few good reviews and they were right down the street from me! Anyway, was thinking over $200 for them to do my alternator! Nope $77 for that and a part for the battery terminal! I was so happy! Joe seems very knowledgeable and very nice and friendly! Definitely using them again in future! Thank u guys!

I am new to the area and was looking for a honest mechanic. I had been using the same mechanic for 30 years so it was a bit scary to stray from that. J&J was recommended to us from the guys at Brewster Paint, which gave me more confidence to try them. I popped in one day because my car had been making a noise and they immediately figured out the issue. I appreciated that they explained it to me and broke down the charges. On a trip to Boston my car broke down. It was 95 degrees and I had 3 large dogs with me. We all quickly began to overheat in a dead car. Not only did they take my car in right away, they hosed down my dogs to stop the heat stroke then let them lay in the car in the air conditioned shop while they fixed it.
