Everyone is the best! Any pet is lucky to have them to take care of all their needs.

Do not take your beloved pet here. What they did to us was incomprehensible. They are too involved in conflict with you that your pet suffers.

If I can give a "zero" I would. Very Nasty Staff member made it a horrible experience for our first time appt. In return, we were not nasty back to her because we were stunned, and in shock for how nasty she was. We reported her to the staff member that was handling our case. She said this one particular staff member has been addressed about her attitude many times before and she will let her manager know. We brushed it off and figured just forget about it because Dr. O'Donnell was very kind and knowledgeable about my dog's condition. So at least we thought she was kind. I tried to schedule another appt for my dog and was denied because Dr. O'Donnell wanted to speak to us first and noted this in my dog's file. My dog is sick and needs care and i was just pushed back in time as if I was in grade school. When I inquired as to "why", the receptionist was becoming very defensive and became rude. She didn't know why, there was obviously an incident she said. I just said, send me my records and send them now, this is crazy. My dog has cancer and they are playing with his life. Why would the Dr. put a note in my file "do not schedule appt." until I speak with someone??? She can speak with us face to face when we come in for the appointment. I have never in my life dealt with the most petty women. They obviously do not care about the business or the pets that need care, after all this, so I believe it is best to move on. They should be so ashamed of themselves. My dog was doing very well at first with the care Dr. O'Donnell gave him but then went down hill. He has huge lumps that developed on his neck and was having issues of choking AND I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS CRAP.....VERY SAD.

Up until recently, I didn't have a problem with this veterinary clinic. I took my dog in for daily checkups and he was seemingly cared for very well and was given all the shots necessary. However, I am very displeased with Dr. Gonzalez. My dog had recently passed away because of congestive heart failure at the age of 10 (he would have been 11 this month). I took him in to the vet just a few months ago and explained to her my dog has been abnormally coughing heavy and I was concerned. Instead of running a test like she should have done ( knowing that my dog had a heart murmur), she told us to come back in 6 months. I didn't find out until Dr. Gonzalez sent us to Guardian Animal Hospital that he was dying and it was too late to do anything but he could have been saved if she had ran a test and perhaps gave him some medicine early on or at the very least had run a scan. I'm seeing other reviews saying similar things, I would not recommend coming here if you want the best for your pet.

FINALLY an amazing veterinary office! The staff is very friendly from the receptionists, to the assistants, to the doctors. They are clean, patient, polite, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be sticking to this office and recommending it to my friends and family.

We have been going to Middle branch forever!!! DR. ODonell & her staff are wonderful. They are excellent at treating the dogs as well as diagnosing illnesses. I would highly recommend them as a vet practice!

Dr Dori is the best vet ever, she truly loves animals, and she was very comforting to my family after my Frosty passed away. She's an angel. Would highly recommend her.
