Idi was very knowledgeable and passionate about the class, and the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. The music was upbeat and the choreography was fun and easy to follow. I felt like I was getting a great workout and having a lot of fun at the same time. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and effective way to get in shape.”
