From the moment we met Michelle and John Summers at their showroom, to the last day when our bathroom was complete, the experience was outstanding and beyond our expectations.John and Michelle spent a number of hours helping us to select tiles, vanity, fixtures, countertop, colors and everything in between. John did a computerized drawing of how our bathroom would look. They were both patient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and gave us a date for installation.Tom Summers, Johns brother, did the renovation from the demolition to the complete installation which came out outstanding. He was there everyday on time which is a rare thing today. The job came out better than we could imagine and are extremely happy.In closing, I would highly recommend Creative Design.

I agree with the positive reviews on this site. My experience with Creative Design Custom Kitchens & Baths was excellent. During my kitchen renovation, they not only helped me through the cabinet design process, were cost-competitive, and followed through on all their commitments, but they also worked with me when it became apparent a contractor I thought was reputable who I had hired separately to install my cabinets, had goofed (a few times) simply due to the contractor's haste, and lack of focus and judgement. Things happen, but John and Michelle at Custom Kitchens were the calm in the storm, and when the contractor denied or evaded responsibility, John willingly provided me the support and additional help needed to compensate, all outside his realm of responsibility. Because of John's honesty, integrity, and work ethic, this kitchen reno was a success. I don't typically do reviews (good or bad), but for this business, I wanted to. I would highly recommend them.

I gave them a call today. So surprised by the attitude and the demeaner of the lady on the phone. I requested some information regarding a kitchen remodel and the process. She started off with I don't know what I can tell you. When I asked her what is your process and what information can you share with me she arrogantly stated, "Well you would usually be walking into the showroom. That would be the first step of the process." I told her I live a little far and am trying to just see if this would be a good fit. She said, "I don't know what I can tell you but go ahead." I waited to see what information would she share. Nothing. silence on her end. Then I asked, "Okay what can you tell me about how the process works." She said go ahead ask questions if you have them. I don't know what to tell you. Then I got frustrated and told her I will see if I can come into the showroom. She said ok and hung up! Very unpleasant experience! Seems like they aren't really looking for any new clients. Disappointed!

John and Michelle are awesome. We explained what we were thinking of for a new kitchen and they listened to us and gave us back options to pick from. The end result was better than we hoped for so we went back to order more stuff for our bathroom. We recommend them to anyone looking for new cabinets and counters. Priced competitively with Home Depot or Lowes and genuinely nice hardworking people that have been in the business for a long time.

He is fair, informative and accommodating. I am in the same industry and have worked with MANY designers but John is rare in his knowledge and has worked very hard to earn the respect he rightfully receives.

It has been a pleasure doing business with John and Michelle Summers. I was working with another dealer in Newburgh and had gone with my wife just to look at the Cambria samples at Creative Design in Brewster NY since this showroom was closer to my house. We met John and Michelle and they started not only showing us the samples and options but very patiently helped us redesign our Kitchen. I asked John for a quote and he gave us a professional estimate which was competitive. We signed the contract and John's brother Tom installed new Kitchen Cabinets and also did plumbing and electric work. Tom even installed Smart switches for our Kitchen Lights.

Was VERY happy when I left "Creative Designs Custom Kitchens and Baths" today. I have been looking for a vanity for my daughter's bathroom and have done a ton of research, but wasn't happy with what I saw. So glad I found them...it is a family run business and I explained what I was looking for and my budget and they were happy to accommodate! Lots to chose from and EXCELLENT customer service!!! Excellent customer service from John and Michelle when they designed out kitchen in 2011 and again recently when we had an issue with our microwave built in.
