Hello, have to write about my excellent experience with Vanessa at boost in brewster. She is AMAZING! Closed my car door on my phone, it was bent in the shape of a lawn chair. Vanessa helped me retrieve my contacts, and photos from a recent trip to see my kids in CA and new Mexico, which were priceless to me. She is efficient, knowledgeable and above all else, kind! Give her a raise!! I recommended boost to a friend bc of Vanessa, and linda signed up this week. All bc of Vanessa! Thank you, gracias and keep up the excellent work!!

I don't like the employees. Every time they over charge me and whenever the activation is done somehow every Hispanic person knows my number and they text as well. This lady steals your info and gives it out to all that is her race. I don't know how to speak her language. REPLACEMENT PLEASE FOR AN HONEST PERSON!!!!
