Great customer service. All of the Pharmacists are really helpful but especially Anthony. He is extremely, knowledgeable, helpful and at the top of his job.I found the Acme Pharmacy by accident when I was trying to find lower co-pays and coverage for generic medicines Aetna decided "they no longer cover" They couldn't tell us before we renewed? Anthony helped me with GoodRX and SingleCare to buy all of the medicines needed and we have saved collectively (for the family) over $300 a month since we began using them. No more Drug plans for us.

I would recommend you NOT shop at the Brewster ACME. Just now a maskless man was checking out. I asked the ACME employee if she could ask him to put on a mask. She gave me a serious attitude and called her manager. Her manager showed up AFTER the gentleman left giving me some bumbling response. The woman, in her defense, said, "he was on his way out." I don't like wearing masks. And yet - I DO. Will never shop here again.

Terrible produce, poor selection, a total downgrade from A&P. Bought a box of Spring mix and cherry tomatoes. Slimy lettuce, moldy tomatoes. I'm done.

I'll never shop here because the receiver is a disgusting excuse for a human being. How you have a person like Stephanie working for you is beyond me. She is one of the rudest, most miserable people in the world.

The "service desk" and some older women who work there can be rude and nasty on a regular basis . Most of them and some front end managers can sigh and roll their eyes when you need help . People from other departments are kind and helpful, unlike the key holding crabs . Being treated as intrusion more than once , I have to be blunt. ACME is fine otherwise - but if the ones I speak of are THAT unhappy, don't spread it around , leave the baggage at home.

All of the cashiers are pleasant and especially the ones that worked at one it was A& P. Lately I've been checking all the dates on items and they're getting better to have items that are not outdated. They are sale like right now baby back ribs Buy one get two free unbelievable price. A lot more options at the deli and the deli refrigerators. Plenty of parking plenty of clean carts. Parking lot constantly getting updated they just paved again it is nice to go in a parking lot where you're not dodging potholes.

and by one star I mean zero stars. Consistently the worst grocery store. Unfortunately this is the most convenient spot before the Danbury line. The staff is either unfriendly or can't be bothered. Their biggest asset are the teenage cashiers because they at least say hello and don't talk to you like an idiot. Aside from the grumpy older staff members, it's rare that I can leave with what I went in for. Is it out of stock? Do they never have it? Not an answer you can easily get....and $9 for just barely a pound of chicken cutlets, wild.

No one cares about their job here. You can ask multiple employees where a product is they all point different directions. Never take the time to bring you to the item. No one is professional, all rude and it seems as if youre bothering them. You got people who dont even give you eye contact and pretend youre not there and other people wearing tails. I do not recommend this acme

Ok, things have definitely improved here. The sale prices are now real sales. The price of things is ringing up properly. The produce department is coming along with improving quality. I think management actually took the initial wave of deserved criticism from the area seriously. I'm giving these people a second chance.

The produce and meat are just okay. I don't buy deli meat due to the lack of hand hygiene in the staff handling the meat. I am not going to want when the old guy at the deli counter touched his dirty hat with gloves on, rubbing his nose and then handling food. Eww! The stockings staff rude. When I was shopping and they needed to get by me just stood there moan and groaning cold not simply says " excuse me ". Otherwise they nearly run you over. If you need to get by them when they are in the way the seem to have a loss of hearing when someone says " excuse me ". The bottle return machine is not maintained and when there is a problem only the cart person is able to fix it. That the various people are rude and treated me like doing their job is inconvenient. Almost all are on there phone. The cashiers are a hit or miss. I am shopping in other stores when I can

Was just in the awful acme in Brewster as I needed a few things. I am sitting in my car crying after watching the heartless young cashiers and baggers looking at each other and holding in their laughter as a young man, I believe autistic, was being himself. My heart is breaking for his dad who I believe he was with. Please share this, I'm hoping somehow it gets to his dad. I want him to know that I told the boys “shame on you†loudly and numerous times and spoke to manager. Other customers looking at me as if they also wanted to say something. Parents- teach your children tolerance. I am sad and sick over this!!! Teach teach teach!!! And if your son works at acme- and is working today- please have a talk with him. Share share please
