Called to make an appointment and she said no. I didn't even tell her when I was looking for one, just was told flat out no!!! Wow I guess they don't need anyone's business. Very disappointed. Especially when I try to use local businesses.

She does an amazing job! We took our dogs to carms dog house one time when she was so booked up and we instantly regretted it. They did a terrible job. Gabrielle being kennel free is so helpful to our boy Marco because he destroys crates. You can tell they weren’t too stressed out either unlike other places we have taken them. 10/10 recommend!

Our first time with this groomer, and I am very pleased with how Winston's grooming ended up. He looks amazing- and I must say he was much happier and cheerful than his previous groomer after his cut. He can get anxious and mad when his legs and feet are getting groomed- but she was very patient. Winston is very happy with his new groomer!

Great service. Completely knowledgeable. Spot on recommendations. Have large dog that needs monthly grooming. Her excellent services are very affordable. Highly recommend.

My cousin asked me for a local dog groomer and I was recommended here by a local veterinarian's office and was immediately impressed from the start. The facility is immaculate and no dog smell at all! Gabrielle handled Pepper and Daisy like the professional she is as these dogs can get anxious and stressed easily. They both were calm when they left and even after they arrived home. They looked as if they were ready for a dog show with the trims Gabrielle did on them! Most importantly thing is that Pepper had some skin irritation and Gabrielle used top quality shampoo/ conditioner which has made a dramatic difference. I would recommend anyone with small or large dogs to book an appointment with Gabrielle as you will not be disappointed!

Called to make an appointment and was told I would get a call back. Groomer was busy bathing a dog. I get you are busy but I never did receive a call back. If you are in the middle of working on someone's pet then don't answer your phone. Let the person leave a message so that when you are freed up you can call them back. I would have been a new client but since you could not be bothered to get back to me I have to go elsewhere.
