This is my pharmacy. I like to support local small business. They take care of my prescription needs. They're always knowledgeable and courteous. I get all my greeting cards there and a gift fore someone here and there. They have a few Brewerton items like T-shirts, hats, cups, etc for souvenirs or for the locals to represent the community they live in. Please support small business!

I highly recommend anyone that has any special pharmacy needs to visit and speak to Stacey. She has a calmness to ask the right questions and complete the necessary paperwork/information for the many insurance companies out there. She goes the extra mile to be sure you get the correct item and it is working for your needs. It is a pleasure working with such a competent person this day and age when everyone is looking for a quick solution. You can rest assured your needs are met and it is complete from start to finish.Each day I have to speak to her; she there to help, with prompt assistance. My hero!!!

The staff at Brewerton Pharmacy are absolutely amazing! They are always kind, caring, considerate, and professional regardless of how busy they are. I would like to give a review of 10 to Stacy who continues to go above and beyond to help me with my ileostomy supplies and support. She truly is always willing to go the extra mile and foresee any obstacles. I will never go to any other pharmacy as none compare to the quality of service and the compassion I receive from everyone who works there. They are truly a step above all other pharmacies!

Everything about the place is a joke, the biggest thinking they would actually care and help sick members of the very town that had lined their pockets quite handsomely I'm sure. Stacy you are literally the worst human I've ever come across and should no means be in any type of customer service. Don't think they are going to submit any claim for ya, because they are not. Literally lied to my face about not being in my network. Been paying out of pocket for years now, boy they couldn't have been nicer try to finally get insurance to cover and they want no part of helping. Thanks for nothing!

Started out descent, was close to home. Now they want to hold your script to the day it is needed. Totally rediculas.. They blame insurance and state but I think someone has got themselves in trouble? The 30th day is deff not early... Some scripts are made to be taken at sunrise. Not After 9am.. if your looking to have your meds and not have to take time off from work I would advise you try the chain stores, there's a reason they are popping up on every corner. And the Ma and Pa stores are holding on by a shoe string or closed.

Today I went in there with another person. The woman I was with was purchasing disinfecting wipes for her home and I was purchasing some for the business we both work at as we can not get them. The front end clerk proceeded to embarrass me in front of other costumers and say “really your with her, it’s one per person, I said I am a different person purchasing those are for her home this is for the business we both work at. She proceeded to say whatever so I chose not to do business there.” I suggest not shopping here unless you want to be belittled at the employees discretion in front of other shoppers. When I called to make a manager aware, they apologized however employees should not be treating customers this way!
