The store was beautiful. There was only 1 employee visible in the entire store, with the exception of the pharmacy. I was there for a FedEx drop-off, and it was handled quickly and courteously. They really need more employees for safety, if anything.

Terrible, so many products are locked up as if every customer is a criminal...When you ask for a locked up product they hold it up at the front for you as if you are a thief, very unpleasant shopping experience..would give zero stars if I could, just awful

This particular store does a disservice to its customers. It is routinely under staffed. Always over priced and not customer friendly. Among the offenses is that fact that despite that there are three forms of viruses going around it makes no effort to vaccinate teh community. Instead, they make you make an appointment for a shot despite the store being empty. I have personally seen walk- ins turned away for Covid and Flu shots because they did not have appointment. The store was almost empty. Also, despite having cashiers they require you to do self check out. As a minority neighborhood many of the consumer are not electronically literate. This causes them to not take advantage of coupons or leave without there products. The pharmacy is not friendly and incredibly slow. The lack of employees make the store a virtual ghost town. Walgreens should do more to attend the needs of the people in the neighborhood.

How does a multi million or billion dollar company have NO working registers for cards? Very inconvenient to not have signs stating such and I wasted my time shopping just to be told they don’t have any registers that accept cards.

I ordered curbside pick up at 8am went at 6pm order was ready checked in the curbside waited 10 minutes called three times finally they picked up spoke to a guy and he said I had to go in there’s no curbside I prefer they cancel my order there’s a reason to do curbside if not then take it out if that service is available this store should shut down they never have items in stock and the staff sucks bad name for Walgreens

The cubby Spanish lady at the register is super rude and looks like she don't know what she's doing or have problem with somebody. If you continue to have such people at this branch it will affect the progress of the shop. She very rude at heart and racist and lack customer service manners

I went yesterday at about 11:30 AM to pick up my prescription that I requested my doctor to call in to the pharmacy. The pharmacy salesclerk said nothing was called in. I called my Doctor’s office and said will call in. Checked with the salesclerk after 30 minutes….nothing yet. I called again the Doctor’s office. After 2 or more calls, finally called in. Salesclerk never said anything if she got the call. Then I asked a young gentleman to ask the salesclerk attending to me if she filled my prescription. The young gentleman said he’ll check for me…true enough prescription was filled but it was put in the cabinet where they store prescription refills. It’s beyond my imagination why the salesclerk, Sofia Katal, will put it in the back cabinet when she knows I’m waiting for it for hours. They should improve their costumer service. Finally left the pharmacy at 2:00PM

This Walgreens location sucks. The staff are literally useless when it comes to any and everything. I am able to compare them to other locations because I've had success, understanding and great customer service elsewhere. It's almost as if they aren't equipped to handle clientele or conflict but somehow other locations are. On more than one occasion, I have left there confused, gone somewhere else and got answers. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, which is why I've been back (it's also more convenient for me) but I just can't anymore. It such a shame this this kind of treatment is sustained in this neighborhood.

Unprofessional. Cashiers are running around, no registers open. They send you to one person and the person sends you back to the other person. Cashiers are very childish and have an attitude. Two of them were running and almost bumped into me and my father. What kind of business does that ? Grown kids running in aisles chasing each other.

We went today and 2 women working there were so rude one of them name was Graciela and the other one a muslin woman (she was wearing a scarf on her head) as soon as we asked something graciela or gabriela something like that was giving us an VERY BAD attitude and the worst part that she did it too with one older lady .The muslin women was yelling at me at the register i don’t understand what’s going on BAD SERVICE BAD BAD Not going back

Went to drive thru pharmacy yesterday waited like 20 minutes just for them to tell me that they have to order my medication and I have to come back the next day. I came again today and waited another 30 minutes just to be helped . And when they finally helped me , waited Another 10 just for them to tell me I have to wait 30 minutes for them or come back later. Then was told they had to order it . Very unnecessary to make me waste all this time just for me to not get my medications yet again.

I usually never have an issue with this place but the older women at the pharmacy is extremely rude and passive aggressive. I came in the other day for my prescription she charged for prescriptions I told her I didn’t need and then proceeded to argue with me that my doctor never sent the prescription that I was there for ( which I know he did because I work for him) and then when she finally seen that it was, she asked me to give her an hour , I come back a hour and a half later and it’s still not ready and she rudely tells me it’s going to be an extra 20 mins . I wouldn’t have been as annoyed if she was nicer or professional about it . This is not my first time having an issue with her . Everytime I get my meds from here she acts like she hates her job .
