I stopped by to buy some cold medicine at 9:35p. By the time I walked out it with my purchases, it was 9:45pm. Before I could even leave the parking lot, one of the workers locked the doors. As I left, I saw customers come to a locked door, even though the listed hours said this branch closes at 10pm. That’s not right. If you lock the doors at 9:45pm, then that should be the time printed at the doors. One of the customers had a toddler and I worried maybe that toddler was sick and needed medicine.

This particular store does a disservice to its customers. It is routinely under staffed. Always over priced and not customer friendly. Among the offenses is that fact that despite that there are three forms of viruses going around it makes no effort to vaccinate teh community. Instead, they make you make an appointment for a shot despite the store being empty. I have personally seen walk- ins turned away for Covid and Flu shots because they did not have appointment. The store was almost empty. Also, despite having cashiers they require you to do self check out. As a minority neighborhood many of the consumer are not electronically literate. This causes them to not take advantage of coupons or leave without there products. The pharmacy is not friendly and incredibly slow. The lack of employees make the store a virtual ghost town. Walgreens should do more to attend the needs of the people in the neighborhood.

This Walgreens location sucks. The staff are literally useless when it comes to any and everything. I am able to compare them to other locations because I've had success, understanding and great customer service elsewhere. It's almost as if they aren't equipped to handle clientele or conflict but somehow other locations are. On more than one occasion, I have left there confused, gone somewhere else and got answers. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, which is why I've been back (it's also more convenient for me) but I just can't anymore. It such a shame this this kind of treatment is sustained in this neighborhood.

On hold for the pharmacy for 40 min. This is unacceptable . Multi tasking is a real thing. At least have the decency to answer and call the person back.
