“Happy 2024. I visited New Gen Auto in July 2023. I went to several car lots and came across this one. I met with John. I found him very customer friendly, patient and honest. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Escape from him August 1, 2023. In addition, I purchase an extended warranty. John was great throughout the whole transaction.
