They service was great and positive vibes. only issue is they gave my wife a red drink. And left me with no warning but when we left she started letting them rip like bayblades. And when I tell you the smell was awful. I mean gas station bathrooms don’t smell that bad.

I don't like this place at all I don't recommend it if you want to wait 2 to 3 hours come to this place too slow the service I don't recommend this place for small children the wait is too long

Terrible attention, I went with my 5 year old child for some blood tests that had to be done on an empty stomach, they did not want to attend to me, they told me to return at 1:30 when I was there at 11:30 and their lunch time is at 12:30 and there was only one patient waiting because they are so negligent and rude I will never return to that laboratory

The two workers at this try really hard to get people out as fast as possible but its extremely understaffed, more people need to be hired. I know the workers are sick of it and quite frankly the patients are as well. Go to another laboratory people.

When I got here at 7:30AM, it was already packed, and yes, I had to wait at least a half hour for check in. There is nothing anyone can do about that, and if it’s understaffed, that is the way things are now everywhere. However, I found the woman at the front to be very friendly, and it was also very organized. Quite frankly, even though I left at 8:30, I found that there was a steady, organized flow of people being called up. I didn’t get called up Only to wait additional time for someone to draw blood. I was seen immediately when I got called to the back. The man who took blood out was also very friendly.

Understaffed. Over an hour wait just to give insurance card. No regards for other peoples time. Clearly moving at their own lazy pace regardless how full the wait room is. Poorly run front desk when ask how long of wait simply said soon. Unacceptable

Front desk needs an education in manners,respect and compassion...also forced out at 12:30 for lunchtime,waiting for cab in freezing rain,she didn't care one bit only her stomach mattered...
