“I ordered a set of knee savers for my son’s catcher’s gear. The product was delivered in a timely fashion. 6/4/2022 to be exact. My family and I were out of town and returned 6/5 , only to find our mail and packages had been stolen. I submitted a claim through USPS and reached out to baseball bargains in regards to my matter. Although, they are not responsible for the mail theft that occurred, they were quick to find a solution and immediately sent me a replacement! No questions asked!! As a company, that speaks volume to me. They didn’t make me feel as if I was lying about my matter, and didn’t ask for any proof, even though I had claims to prove it if they did ask! I received the replacement just a few days later!Great customer service, and for that, I will continue to give them my business!”
