Terrible service 5 days ago I went for an internet device and at home I never got the signal, I went to the store to return it because the charger was damaged and stuck in the entrance of the device and when the manager arrived she had to use scissors to fix it When I picked it up, they deducted 20 dollars for the charger and 14 dollars for the days I had it at home.
Without using it if I didn't bring it Before they were for work reasons instead of helping me with that discomfort of carrying something that didn't work for me they came out discounting all that and that was what I received from everything k page Before wearing something you first have to try it on store so that they don't have to deduct everything. The money that they deducted from me and the attention is very terrible, the manager, all bitter, attends.....

I came to the store bc I broke my phone and when I got there the lady didn't even take my information she just gave me a # to call and it seems like she didn't want to even help me so I walked away I called the # but then I had another question so I went back in the store, in front of me was a lady and her phone had broke like mine and she went to help her got her information file the claim for her and was even showing her phones while I waited on line. Which the was a slap on my face because I went there to get help for the same problem why she didn't want to help me the same way she helped her. Maybe she had something up against me but at the same time I don't even know the lady or maybe she's racist on her own kind bc I dressed different and look different then traditional Spanish guys
