Do not order from this place, they are scamming people on DoorDash by replacing the order with cheap liquor. Never using the app and this store ever again.

Scammers. They’re scamming people on DoorDash by swapping cheap liquor to orders. The store knows what they’re doing by intentionally not providing a receipt to the order to make it more difficult for a refund. I had to call multiple times to DoorDash for a refund.

Best to stay away from this place all together. Super sketch scams running wild, some to do with delivery and ordering online.
Wrong items have been given to customers including myself, cheap alternatives exchanged for what is being advertised.
Very frustrating, very upsetting and out right a scam.

I ordered 2 bottles of wine on 5/15/24 and didn't get any updates until I called on 5/28/24 and they told me they lost their shipping license, and they refunded me, however they didn't refund me until after the call.

Out right criminals. Placed an online order over 2 months ago I have not received. Have since tried to contact them several times by phone and email. Email address just kicks back as undeliverable. When they have answered the phone (which is rare), I am told that they will call right back once they check on the order status. Needless to say, I never hear back. So I have to file a complaint with my Discover Card so they can go after them. Just a brilliant business practice to have a major credit card come after you when you could do what's right and ship what I have already paid for.
Got a hold of them again, and same song and dance...they going to call me right back, and of course they never do. Just DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people!!!!!

Placed an online order almost 3 weeks ago and have not received it and cannot get a response back on when it will be shipped. If you call their customer service phone number, all you can do is leave a message and nobody returns your call and nobody responds to emails.
