Purchased Cleo GX5 in Dec 2023, jet assembly already needs replacing,leaking from faucet assembly and have only had 3 months. Poor customer service, poor quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

have been a loyal customer for awhile spent a lot of $$$ these people do not care about loyalty. they try to scam you and tell you different prices before installation. She said she made a mistake on the price when invoice was set.

This is the worst quality chairs I've used, we bought 6 chairs 1 year and 1 month ago. I have had to replaced the back leather for 4 chairs since then.. I was told that this is normal wear and tear, does 4 out of 6 defects in 1 year sound normal? They also told me it's like buying a jacket, that this should be expected. Well this is not a jacket, this is professional equipment that is lacking in quality. Spend your money elsewhere as they will not help you after your 1 year period. Very disappointed and will never buy from them again. They did give me the option to buy new replacements at a small discount, I said no thanks. It's not the money it's the lack of care and service they have once your warranty is up.

If you try to return a part you will be charged to send it back and pay a restocking fee and the representative will be out of the office every single time you call. Ryan is conveniently always out of office and never returns phone calls.

Come on J&A please do quality control of your products. I have been your customer a long time. I always like your product I think it very good Quality. Recently I expand and purchase 3 more chair. When I unbox it and I found out the label not correctly place. I mean not even minor it major misplace. So I ask you please do quality control before ship it out. If you don’t care then it a different story. I wish I can upload picture on here. But I don’t know how.
