They don’t stand behind their products, I purchased a product that THEY recommended, (which was pricier than what I normally get) as it would “last longer”, it worked for a week and a half and it stopped working, all I asked was for them to give me a discount on a new one, they refused... So I disputed it with my bank and got a full refund! So I guess I won anyway, but they still suck as a business.

This smoke shop is in a good location. They have a variety of items & good prices compared to nearby competitors . they have a cool friendly staff as well, the girls helping me were very knowledgeable.

I’ll take my business somewhere else there’s like three of the cloud 9 around the area. It’s like the third time I came inside to buy something and instantly felt like a bother! The fair skin lady with red hair always on the phone but can’t even greet her customers. I get it people have bad days but damn everyday is bad for her hahaha

You need stop buying from this place, they be selling burnt vapes, how come after 5 hits is going to taste burnt, and when you go try a get another one, they won’t change it, it Could be a proveedor fault but they can report it and get a refund as well, and at the end of the day it’s not about money it’s about how they make business, because if a seller doesn’t even try to solve a costumers issue that’s a problem. If you see this, the guy who works/owns, he’s chill.

They had no idea of what strain of weed they had. Did know if they had sativa or indica. What I bought was pre packaged and not sealed. I guess I just to used to Colorado dispensaries.

The customer service is really bad . they dont make you feel welcome and they always give u a hard time . the women look like they always high . i brought my family and they didnt feel comfortable at all . last time im shopping there . they need to stop selling to underage to ive seen my sibling go there and buy stuff even when hes 16 years old. They always making a scene to when they give u a hard time is not even professional at all. I reccomend going to vape escape on Suffolk ave its way better and the customer service there is 100% better and they have better prices

Stores a bit overpriced. Air bars are 20 here but you can find them for 15 nearby. Always get the run around on fonto leaves, having to drive between all 3 stores to locate them. Wish all the stores had the same stock, going to order online from now on. :/

I went into this establishment which was great because it had like a little bit of everything of everything you ever want to have fun. And I definitely needed help with what I wanted and there was this wonderful girl that was working there named Emmy. She was so polite, so personable, great personality, so helpful and most of all so considerate of what I was asking for and wanted to achieve. She gave the perfect recommendations and actually made it all happen it was amazing. She was amazing at knowing all the different products and suggesting things because she actually asks the clients how they like these products never trying them herself.. that's attention to detail which is a revolt for perfect service , and establishment !!! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!! 5 stars to Emmy and Cloud 9
