Understaffed! REALLY! Put on hold twice when calling ahead.When l arrived they told me that l would have to wait 6 days for a powersteering hose that was available down the street at Tinker Auto parts. Don't bother going to this branch.

Nice Staff, Sidewalk could use a cleaning. More a Building Maintenance Management issue, and not an AutoZone issue. But it would be appreciated if the parking lot and Sidewalk could be free of used oil spills be for the DEC is called in to investigate.

My 2nd time that have try to claim my parts garanty.,
I was ask like 30 times for the same number guy was acting all dumb
And at the end of the sales this sales manager try to take away my parts garanty.........not going to this place anymore
Rather drive a little than interact with this kind of people
That sales manager with the big beard and that Latina in charge are not good at all

What a terrible service, the truth is that yesterday I went looking for a part for my car, they spent a lot of time serving only to give me the wrong part. The truth is, there is a girl there who doesn't love the work. I think they are being paid for it. I don't recommend buying it in the afternoons ?

I went to AutoZone in Brentwood with my grandson I purchased something there by myself couple of days ago so I was looking for another piece that I needed so me and my grandson had one piece each in our hands there was a line I told my grandson to wait there well I go look couldn't find it so I went took my grandson's spot online and I told him to double check for me he came back he said it's not there I can't find a grandpa so we walked out the door the alarm rang we could continue walking this woman ran outside as we were walking and started yelling and we are thieves and that we stole those things that we were holding in our hands that we came into the building with to see if they had the exact one I was telling her to calm down she wasn't listening to me I said can I talk to and explain she was not listening to me she said she's going to call the police so my grandson was nervous I told him don't worry we stood there I went inside I asked the lady whose irates are you going to call the police cuz of you all I wait here she said it with an attitude I am not calling the police I'm guessing they must look at the video by now they were wrong or should I say she was wrong the next day the parts that I had in my hands with my grandson didn't fit his tire I went back with the receipts and wanted my money back because it didn't fit his tires. I brought up conversation with the gentleman that was taking good care of me and I told him that that was messed up what that lady said to me yelling not talking she could have talked to me and told me calmly did you pay for that and I would explain to her but she wasn't trying to hear that. The guy said well I would have done the same thing I say yell at me really that's how you do business then after a couple of seconds talking to him he said sir we took care of the problem she was wrong she could have came up to me what I was talking to the gentleman because she was there and apologized to me she didn't so give the man the receipt I said thank you nice knees and you're welcome sir and the other lady another lady that was there she was also nice she told me to enjoy my day and I see you too. The moral of the story is the lady could have went out calmly and talk to me or took a picture of the license plate and send it to the police officer there's different ways of doing it but just one lady decided to go ballistic screaming making a big scene believing I stole something at the end she was wrong and she didn't apologize for making a scene and making me look bad. But my conscience is clear at the end they knew that she was wrong inside and I figure I share that with all of you my grandson was nervous embarrassed he was asking me what's going on and I told him everything's okay I'll take care of this. Enjoy your day people have to be more professional

I went today to buy a part for my car and the product is terrible.
Service so reluctantly with a girl, a guy took about an hour, I was there at around 3-4 in the afternoon and it took me so long because there aren't even people to help, I didn't like it at all apart from being expensive, I recommend autoparts, which is In front, it is much cheaper apart from the fact that they serve them in one go and with great kindness, this AutoZone store has been the worst I have ever known because they don't help with anything, they don't even have the prices or anything, they don't translate things from English to Spanish or anything, there is no assistance, there are two cashiers and no one helps to see and there is no way to ask anyone because they supposedly say that they are busy and others are on call. The store is very bad. I recommend other car stores there, they serve better and they will treat you with I respect that the autoparts one is in the little square where Wendys is and where the food bazaar is, it is in front across the street from the autozone. The autozone that I do not recommend at all is the one in Suffolk, it is the worst, the truth is, the service is terrible

I called yesterday and spoke with a customer representative who told me to come in the next morning for the pickup and installation of a car battery. I get there on time 9:30 am just to be told by someone else that I had to come back at 3:00 pm. Very unprofessional communication will never buy from that location again. 480 Suffolk avenue Brentwood.
