“We have used Diamond 3 separate times (all insurance claims) to repair damage on 3 different vehicles. Whether it was fire damage, hit and run or debris on the highway. They have done a great job each time and stood behind their work. They have done a thorough investigation on the damages each time and caught items we were unaware of, then made sure it was covered by insurance. Not to mention friendly and flexible with the whole process. ?”

“Very pleased with the staff and service. We were looking for a replacement hydraulic fitting. They did not carry the brand and showed us equivalents and what might be needed to adapt. Looking at the fitting further, they decided it might be made functional again with some cleanup. They did this at no charge and the fitting worked fine when re-installed. Very pleased indeed. “Kent's did an incredible job fixing my car after I hit a deer. They were quick, they communicated quickly with my insurance company, and actually saved money during the process. When I got my car back, it looked brand new, and they even cleaned the interior. Their customer service is fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for body work ??”
“It took over four months from the time I first showed up to start my corrosion warranty claim until they were finally able to start working on my 2020 Jeep. Part of the delay for my service work was that they had no loaner vehicles available, so be prepared to have your own backup vehicle if you want your car worked on sooner.When I finally went to get my Jeep after it was done, they claimed that all of the door hinges had been replaced (not repaired), but apparently this only meant the top-half of each hinge; the bottoms were apparently not covered by FCA/Stellantis.There was originally a chalky residue all over the windows when I first picked up my Jeep, and it would not wipe clean, even with Windex. The shop saw my original review complaining about this and and called me, offering to take care of the issue. I brought my Jeep back to them and they cleaned the windows completely and the residue is now gone.They also discovered that the body plugs were missing, so they re-added those. We're not sure if those were missing before I brought my Jeep in for service, or something that was missed after they put it back together.They told me that they found a small dent, which they fixed for free, and also touched up one paint spot that was not covered under warranty. I appreciate those additional efforts.Unfortunately, there was poor communication and follow-ups throughout the entire process, but that’s on par for all Ferrario service in my experience. Multiple times, I was told that someone would look into something and call me back, and never did. I felt like if I didn’t call every few weeks to ask for a status update on my claim, they would forget about me.Overall, the quality of their work looks good and they corrected the initial issues I found, which is why I bumped their review from 3 to 4 stars.”

“Amazing service!!! Could not have asked for a better experience.My truck battery die while picking up my kids and I was able to get a jump. After getting everyone to bed I got there 20mins before they closed 8:40p! Asked if they would put in the new battery they said yes. An hour later in the freezing cold (~20 F and windy) we finally got the battery in. Now an hour might seem long but the battery is in a tight spot that took three of us to get out. I could not have asked for better service and will be back for my ongoing auto parts needs.”
