“I just started working at the Helena general store for the new owner. It's been very pleasant, new owners are trying to keep everything the same, with the addition of some menu items and lunch specials. The old owners did a wonderful job with their business to make it what it is today. The food is good as well as the service!”
“Guys are always nice despite the gross things people dump on the counting tables. People get mad when the staff asks them to put glass in a separate container. It's no surprise, they started that almost a year ago. Great place to people watch and see Massena's finest.”

“The lady who works at night is always cheerful and open to offering samples of ice cream etc, but the older woman who made my milkshakes today 4/9 was not very friendly. The younger lady was making food and it was quite busy, and the older lady was trying to do everything herself and when I asked for two chocolate milkshakes she said “of course you need two chocolate milkshakes” like with attitude. Seemed rude, but I didn’t want her poor attitude to reflect an otherwise amazing store”
“This store is very clean and easy to find things. The employees are friendly for the most part. They have a lot of good buys in here, food, any household items, pet supplies, make up, toiletries, ect. Every Saturday if you have either the paper or the digital coupon you can get $5 off a purchase of $25 or more. That's nice.”
