“Seldom have I found a facility loaded with "new tech" equipment and following "old school" customer service techniques. Mike's truly one of the greatest examples of why "shop small" is such a critical strategy. You can have your customer lounges filled with leather recliners and piped in videos. Give me a seat in the lounge area at Mike's Garage where you can rest assured your vehicle is receiving unsurpassed care. Oh, and the labor rates are more than reasonable! “Vance is a very nice guy. Some people want to say that he takes too long to service a vehicle. But in my experience, Vance takes his time because he wants to make sure hes not going to waste YOUR money by fixing something that's just going to break again in a month.His philosophy is to measure twice and cut once. Not to make any unnecessary errors.If you need you vehicle serviced in 24 hours, then bring it somewhere else. But, if you want your vehicle serviced properly and to not be charged an arm and a leg for unnecessary nonsense such as ; "assessment fees" or "diagnostic computer fees" , then bring it to Vance Savage. “When I pulled out of my driveway with the camper I heard a grinding- scraping sound. (Front brakes) it didn't get any better during the 4 hour drive to Massena. Stopped in to Frenchies Ford, and spoke with Cassandra Aldous. She was able to get me in right away, checked out my truck and got the front brakes , pads and rotors replaced. I was out the door and back on the road in about 2 hours. Cassandra kept me updated on the progress of my service .Thank you for the Awesome Service!”
