Most of the problems I have experienced have nothing to do with the employees, but rather the computer systems they are provided with. But that would apply to all USPS locations. The US mail system desperately needs an overhaul. The cashiers here are always wonderful and put the customer first. Our mail carrier is always pleasant and will often chat for a bit if I'm outside during her delivery run. There is no USPS office that is perfect, but I honestly feel like this branch in particular is as good as it gets.”
“I left a note with UPS customer service and the Eden post office called me multiple times trying to reach me to answer my question. I felt that was above and beyond, thankfully I finally answered and they were able to give me even more information than I expected. They also left me voicemails, which I also appreciated because I kept forgetting to call them back and they remained so patient and it seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. (So thank you Ray!)”
