We came to here today with low tire pressure. Charlie helped by removing the rock that had caused the hole, plugging it and took care of our problem. We are grateful to have this small business in our area and SO appreciated the service that we received! We received immediate attention and we are thankful! Hard to find these days! ?

I have used the shop a few times over the years. They are great getting you in last minute. One time my car broke down and I need a tow they said give them an hour and a half and they will be there. They arrived in less then thirty minutes to pick up my vehicle and they fixed it the same day. And to top it off they were kind enough to come and pick me up at my house when the work was completed. Thanks folks your great.

Needed an emergency tire rotation in the middle of a road trip. These guys squeezed me in right away to help keep me on my time line. Discovered my wheel lock was missing and took care of it anyway. While I was here I watched them help a lady get into her car after accidently locking herself out at the gas pump. What a rare find!! This garage has some great guys!! Thank you so much!

Hold on to your wallet. Two recent experiences with our Toyota Tacoma. Needed steering shaft replaced. Online the part cost less than$125 and the video was less than 1/2 hour... Charged $250 for the part and 3 hours labor! A short time later the alternator died. A $250 dollar part and a simple swap out. Some long-winded story about rusted pullies and its 10 hours of labor and $1600. We were regular customers for annual inspections and oil change/tire rotation. Guess he never was told the fairy tale of the goose that laid the golden egg... Twice had is more than I need for a lifetime. Be very, very careful when approaching this place with a wallet, it will suck all the cash out in an instant.

Went to Branchport Automotive to get work done.On my 2007 Toyota tundra. Talk to counter person.Told her all I needed was a front right hand brake line replaced. And all four tires switched out.Thats it.Nothing else. She stated she understood.Need just that work done only.Because the truck had two recalls. One for steering box.And one for suspension.Got a call from the owner tom.Stated I needed two front struts.Because when his employee tested drove the truck the left one broke. Then he replaced the right hand brake caliper.Because he stated it was bad.I have a receipt in the glove box for two new ones four months prior.Kept asking what the bill was and he kept putting it off.Go to pick up the truck.$1500.00 dollars for a bill that shouldn't have been more than $200.00.Oh and can't do the recall now because he did work on the suspension. And I ask for all parts he took off.Which he didn't produce.Total ripped off

Had an intermittent brake noise and strong smell while traveling in our '92 Dodge campervan. we pulled into Branchport Automotive and Tom went above and beyond, squeezing us into his busy schedule, completely inspecting the front brakes and finding and fixing a loose brake shoe. The price was beyond reasonable and the peace of mind is priceless.Service: Brakes

We were visiting Keuka Lake State Park when some of the electrical components in our Escape started acting crazy and spontaneously shutting off. We were very fortunate to stumble upon this shop nearby. The owner quickly diagnosed the problem - which was minor but would quickly have become huge - and sent us on our way. The bill was so reasonable and we were so grateful that I felt compelled to write this - my first-ever Google review :). Please send your car repair business this way!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was charged a towing fee when my van never touched his truck. He charged me to get my van "out of his shop" when it never entered his garage, first thing he asked was if I was from out of town bc my drive shaft was what needed put back on. He was trying to charge me a total of around $1000 for something I got fixed for $200 in Elmira, NY. Over priced, called me broke, know it all type guy, do not recommend.
