“The I’m pretty sure owner Scott seen me and my girlfriend struggling to get her car door unlocked since she locked her keys in there Scott pulled up to the gas station for gas seen us struggling and took the time out of his night to go back to the shop grab tools and spend a good at lest 20-30 mins trying to help us get in the car in the cold while he was just in shorts and a hoodie and he did it never asked for anything in return had some nice conversation and all in all would say Scott is a very nice and kind person and I’m sure it reflects his work! Very pleased”

“I had amazing experience with valu muffler of Tonawanda, those guys are top notch technicians, Matt is the best of the best, on 07/29/2024 I had issue with my Hyundai Tucson 2017, The engine having bad noise when I start it, stopped by this shop which is 0.3 mile from my home, In just one hour Matt diagnosed the issue and found a big crack in the exhaust manifold which need to be replaced including turbo supercharger, So he moved forward he was able to deal with my car’s company warranty and got approval to start the work.
Matt got the parts quickly, replaced it put new brakes and tires got annual inspection done and my car running just like new one.
Valu muffler & brakes auto center of Tonawanda will be my top priority shop for all my cars repairs and maintenance. Very recommended ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

I bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla from eAutoDiscount in Nov. 2023. While there have been some issues, but Jim and Jay at the store took care of the issues and even split the bill on some repairs I had to get out of town. “Joe is a very reliable auto mechanic. He sold me my 2005 Honda Odyssey for an amazing price unheard of anywhere else. He has always been prompt with service. Had old motor mounts replaced it took only half a day to get my front end done as that's all that was needed. I had bought all motor mounts but he was honest and told me that only the front end was in need of maintenance, saving me a lot of money. Went in without a call early this morning hoping for a quick oil change and he opened shop and quickly had my car handled. It only took him about 10 minutes tops. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an honest and reliable servicing. Never made working on my car seem like a hassle. Always a pleasure to give money to this auto shop as I know the work they do is always on point. Also amazing prices compared to many other shops.”
