My lady and I roamed around their massive inventory and were pleasantly assisted, not harassed at all by Brandon. (He's not looking over my shoulder as I type this). We are very happy to say we left with making a very large purchase with the assistance of Morrigan. We will be back.

Shopping at Lake Effect was such a personalized and enjoyable experience. We worked with Michelle while finding the perfect sectional for our space. She was so helpful, she thoroughly explained the options available and the different features we could consider. It was so exciting getting to customize the configuration of our sectional including the fabric that would be used all the way down to the pillows. The manufacturing time was super reasonable and we can not wait for it to get here! Highly recommend supporting this family owned furniture store and Michelle is just the greatest!

Had a great experience in store, Christine was amazing. We told her what kinds of sectionals we were interested in, and our dimension restrictions, and she led us around to a few relevant options while we chatted cracked jokes and laughed like old friends ? seriously Lake Effect give this girl a raise! One of the sectionals ended up being perfect, and it was just as nice and less that half the price of one we found at Ashley. And that was even after we added a 5 year coverage which was surprisingly cheap (coming from someone that never gets options like that).

I went shopping with my elderly grandmother for a lift recliner. Judy came and immediately helped us, explaining the different chairs as well as delivery options. The gentleman who cashed us out and set up our delivery date was pleasant, helpful and funny. The selection is MASSIVE and great customer service! I cannot recommend them enough!

Went to two furniture stores today the first had 4 or 5 sales people hovering at the front door, felt like a car dealership. I left not seeing anything I liked. Then I stopped at Lake Effects and meet Owen. What a breath of fresh air. He asked what I was looking for I told him a dresser and chest, he said he could show me some never pressuring me . He listened to my needs and said let’s go over here. I found the set that matched my needs and pocketbook. I know where I will go when I need furniture again.

I had a wonderful experience shopping and purchasing a mattress today at Lake Effect. The amazing sales staff was friendly, laid back and low pressure and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend visiting Lake Effect for your furniture and mattress needs.

Amazing shopping experience, I’ll start off by saying I’m in my 6th mattress, the staff was very knowledgeable on their products and answered all my questions and even went to the extent to be sure I loved my mattress before I left. The showroom was very relaxed and inviting, I was never pressured into any decisions and walked away happier than any mattress experience I’ve had.

It was amazing. We were in there looking for a couch and find the perfect one. They have great selections of everything and everything we looked was great quality and pricing. Pam was our saleswoman and she was fantastic. Friendly and very knowledgeable and helped us find something both in our taste and budget. Will definately recommend!
