We ended up not purchasing a vehicle from F & T, but the quality of vehicles and customer service are second to none in a 200-mile radius of Buffalo!

Purchased a 2013 Rav4 just over a year ago.
Before I could take it, the driveshaft needed to be replaced. I asked if they got the new driveshaft from a junkyard because of how quickly they came to with one. I was assured that they get all their parts from AutoZone. From the very first day, I felt a shudder just before it would shift 39-40mph. I found a technical service bulletin regarding that shudder and mentioned it to them. Asked me to drop it off but all they could tell me was that they couldn't replicate the problem. Wouldn't ride with me to see if I can replicate it. Two months ago my car started shaking terribly. Purchased a new driveshaft from AutoZone for $800 and waited two days for it to arrive. Come to find out that they did replace the driveshaft with a used one from a junkyard. The OEM sticker gave that away along with how rusty it was for only being a year old.
A day after purchasing the vehicle, the tpms service light came on along with one of my tires being low on air. Filling the tire with air did not make the light go out. Scanned the vehicle with Toyotas tech stream software and found out the tpms sensors in the wheels had dying batteries. They deleted the tpms codes with the hopes they wouldn't come back on. I didn't notice at first but the Windshield had old chips in it and last winter the window cracked and worked it's way all the way across the window. Nobody cleaned the inside of the vehicle. They didn't even take the old owners information out of the center console from when they purchased new tires and brakes just before trading in the vehicle to the dealer. When I was having that shudder problem that they couldn't replicate, I called the previous owners. He assured me that the shudder problem existed when he owned the vehicle and that it was the driveshaft and nothing more. He turned out to be right about that. He also mentioned that the tpms sensors were starting to fail when he traded in the vehicle.
Not only was the vehicle not detailed, they did nothing to clean up the engine. The battery had corrosion building up at the connections which isn't a good thing, especially when you're having issues with sensors. Since they did nothing to the vehicle besides replace the driveshaft, I asked him to replace the battery for peace of mind. He did get over $18,000 for the vehicle. He refused my request. I paid for new tpms sensors as that was simpler than twisting their arm to repair things they tried hiding.
There's nothing illegal with installing used parts on a vehicle but it definitely proves what they stand for. If I didn't have over 20 years experience in the repair and sales of used vehicles, the things I mentioned above would've seemed to be the usual normal wear and tear, but that's not the case here. I'm a trusting person and have faith in people even after Red flags start popping up. That's my problem. If you read this comment and end up going thru with a purchase here anyway, it very well may become your problem. Erase any doubt and buy a certified used vehicle. At least this way you'll get your money's worth.

The mechanic is in a great mechanic, my wife and I bought two vehicles from them paid for in cash at once. The truck that I got had a broken leaf spring but yet came with an inspection sticker that was passed untrustworthy is what that tells me I have a family and kids, these scum bags want to put our lives in jeopardy. Also a lot of very unethical practices are being done mechanically their you take your car in for one thing and they charge you for an oil change because of the stupid extended warranty instead of doing the right thing and making a call to you and saying hey your oil change is a thousand miles overdue do you want me to change it or are you going to take care of that with a different mechanic. I do not recommend them and I highly advise to stay away from them mechanically .

I've told F&T Motors about what's wrong with my mom's car in the past. Oh it drives fine. No idle needs to be turned down, the transmission doesn't like to go into Drive. The latest one is they put the wrong battery in. Took it to my brother's shop whole different car it's no longer a POS.

Nice little selection of vehicles.
Some major rust should be fixed before selling them. Some vehicles interior is very dusty. Pretty good small dealership.

They sold me one vehicles which shouldn't have left the lot. It was a broken leaf spring on the truck. Tires had to be replaced with in 2 months of buying it. The most part customer service was very well.

Good service at fair prices. Secondhand cars at good value. Our family has bought cars from here for over 8 years.
