Been waiting 45 minutes for 2 pizza's. Was told 20 minutes. Drove from Alma and have to wait more!!!!! Got things to do in the day!!!!

Everyone there said to apply and when I did over 10 times to different stores they said I'm on a no hire list I know for a fact they barely wash there pizza pans because I was the only one who scrubbed dishes while I worked there if u wanna eat off that that's on you

Order pizza and wings about an hour prior was told the wait 30 minutes. Got there and they still had not even begin to make the pizza when I asked why did they not start the pizza they stared at me like I was crazy.. will definitely not waist my time ordering from Crosby again.

Gas prices consistently higher then other stations even other Crosbys. Usually it's at least $.10/gallon but now they are $.20/gallon. $3.95 VS $3.75, $3.74. One station was $3.64.

A year ago I wouldn't have ordered food from crobys if I was paid to do it, now thay adam is cooking most nights the food is amazing, his pizzas are perfect every time, he is always washing his hands, his subs are just a delight and he never burs the onion rings or the fries. He is the single most valuable employee that has ever worked in the town of bolivar. Not only does he follow all food service rules but he pay attention to the details no matter what he is making. Thank you very much for a consistent product that I can rely on.

I have noticed a change in the store the past several months. Girl name Tiffany work's the front. Everytime I go in there she's working, either cleaning or cashing someone out. Several times I have gone in there and you'll have 3 to 4 people standing in the the back doing nothing. The store is always clean when Tiffany working the coffee is always full and pizza in pizza box. She greats her customer and always so friendly with smile on her face. One time there was a lady there and Tiffany asked how are you doing the lady said good Tiffany sayi was worried I didn't see you for a week. The lady said I fell down over the coffee table and broke a couple ribs Tiffany said I'm sorry I hope your feeling better. The lady then replied with thank you and thanks for noticing no elea did . Tiffany said well you come in everyday and then stopped I got got worried. You can tell this woman really loves her jobs and customers. If you can notice one of thousands customers not coming in you pay attention to each person that's walks and and out. I have been in there other's working that are rude coffee empty being told make it you're self no pizza in box floors are black soda area nasty stuff spell spilled all over. Taking mins to come cash people out. You have a girl in back a cook with a mask on who talks about other employees there. Stuff customers don't need to hear. 3 times this pass week. I told my husband that I'm going to start only going when certain people are working. I know it's a gas station but show pride in your job. Smile make the customers feel like you love serving them. Tiffany is definitely hands down one you're best employees there. You have had a few in there not sure what happened I have seen them. But Crosby's has improved with that. Now the pizza there has been looking and tasting weird it's really thin anymore or not cooked all the way. Not always but a lot lately. Is it new pizza crust. If so bring back the other kind. Only because that pizza doesn't taste good. You're cook at night if want another because it's nasty you get told no they can't do that really nasty. Please do better back there. I would give a one star only because of lack of customers service and food from back but I'm going to give stars because Tiffany does her thing between greeting customers asking how there day is to having the store clean. You can seat and eat when she's working tables are always cleaning.

I ordered a chicken wing pizza Wednesday night and we couldn't eat it. The crust is nothing but grease. Still settling in my fridge. What happened to the awsome crust they usta have. Last time I ordered 3 whole subs and they were nothing but drenched in banana pepper juice. I called and stopped in several times to talk to manager, took a month to catch her in store and she said I could get new ones. Well I tried and gave up several times cuz nobody knew what I was talking about. I spent alot to not be able to enjoy any of it.

This place has improved a lot . When I first got to town it was trash . Now it seems like a whole new staff with personality and honesty . They get crazy busy and will be honest with times . And if mistake is made . They own it . Expesially with supply chain issues and whatnot . Whatever they did is working . And the food is better now too . And if you get lucky enough to get the philly sub from the guy on nights ..... It's amazing .

?I am so grateful to the Monday Evening Manager on Duty because she was so kind,competent and full of positive energy towards the customers!I was especially grateful for her helpful and happy nature driving home to Cleveland, Ohio from Westfield, Vermont!Believe me, after all the places that I stopped on my 1,300 mile travels, she was by far the ABSOLUTE BEST WORKER to encounter!

They can only have one register open at any given time. 5 people in the back. You don't always be get your full change. this place sucks and do does it's employees.

I just called in to order chicken and the response I received was " Umm we don't have any of that in the case right now so we aren't really doing that now" so I replied with " Do you not make it to order?" He followed up with " Well we do but we don't have any prepped right now so it would be at least an hour or more" It is not the first time I have gotten a response like this when trying to order. The store is typically filthy and the gas pumps are the slowest in the entire county. Crosby's has let this place run into the ground.

Took over an hour to make a pizza when they said “20 minutes” absolute joke. I’d understand if they were busy but they were not busy what so ever. Just plain ridiculous.
