Shop next door to mine doesn't have a mailbox no matter how many times I complain they keep giving me his mail I bring it to the post office and they bring it right back to me again repeatedly ongoing no matter how many times I complain it's two different address numbers and mine is posted right on the box

My husband went this morning to get his passport renewed. A sign on the front door and their website states they offer walk in services M, W, F between 9am and 10am. When he got there the man said to him, they don't do that anymore and he needs an appointment. When my husband told him that the website and sign say they offer it the worker said, 'sir I work here'. This place is awful. Take down your sign and fix your website.

It’s the little things in life that count. And Sara the clerk always greets me with a smile and always helps me when I need it. There’s a post office closer to my house but I prefer Bohemia because of the way I always get treated.

Worst post office ever. Why does the supervisor, Jeff, not open the lobby doors at 6:30 am. In fact he doesn't open them until 9:00 !! Yet, he locks the door 5-10 minutes before the 6:00 closing. This guy can't supervise this location and his manager accepts it. I no longer get my Amazon packages delivered here, I use the amazon lockers because this post office is so unreliable.

I have been going to this post office the last 8 years because it is close to my office. I have always had a pleasant experience there. The window clerk with dreads is exceptionally nice and helpful.

Most horrible experience I ever have at post office. I normally dont write negative reviews. After Long wait and dropping my package to a staff named Martin, He scanned my package without asking anything. I waited for the receipt. He just throws my package hard to the back room concrete floor without asking me if my package was fragile. He treated my package like a baseball. Normally post office staff ask if the package is fragile. In my case it is. I m so scared my item is greatly damaged at this point. ☹️?☹️

The USPS website says that the Bohemia post office has a self-service kiosk. It does not. There used to be one, but it is no longer there.I waited on line for service at the counter. When I got there, the employee told me that transactions could be in cash only. I understand that computers can be down. But why was there no sign at the door, so that people would know about this before waiting in line?

Mean and unhelpful staff. Person behind the counter. Jeff is the only person to talk too at this post office everyone else should be fired. Thursday June first 2pm. I am a small business owner. I shipped a package with $2500 insurance. It got returned to my POX box I have there for no reason. When I asked why it got shipped back to me he started to give me an attitude and not wanting to help me. I told him not to give me an attitude and he replied since now I’m giving you an attitude you will have to pay $68 to get you package back. That I paid to get shipped and was returned to me for no reason. Then he took the package wouldn’t give it back and told me to get out and stop bullying him and talk to Jeff. After I talked to he shipped my package back to where I paid for it to go. Worker who was working at 2pm June 1st should be fired being that I have to get my mail from my P.O. Box there everyday. Don’t want to go back. Wish I read the reviews before I opened my PO Box There. Jeff gets 5 stars.

Jeff from the Bohemia post office is a TOP TIER employee. I had an issue arise with my package and not only did Jeff go above and beyond to look into my issue, he also went out of his way to completely resolve my issue and fix a mistake he had NOTHING to do with creating in the first place. Employees like Jeff make everyone's lives so much easier. Please give this man a raise!! We love Jeff and the Bohemia post office!

Not helpful, Cant create a label for shipping , cant provide instructions accuratley. Just basically a waste of trip going there

I printed a USPS priority large box label from home and went there, they didn’t have that size box in stock, so I voided the label and changed it to the box size they have available and the guy at the counter refused to print the new label from email, FOR NO REASON. I then had to drive back home, print a new label and go back there to ship the package.
